Great location at the heart of Los Baños. Perfect for those who need to be close to UPLB and other offices around the UPLB area. Hotel staff were helpful and friendly and gave us an early check-in for free.

The food choices at Cafe Enrico at the hotel's lobby could be improved. There is another cafe, Cafe Ella, in front of the mall, which has better food choices.

The location is superb. You got all you want by simply walking. coffee shops, supermarket, convenient stores, local sari-sari stores, restaurants,laundry shop, bars, cake shop. A prime location for a town like Los Banos. Checked out 3 other hotel/resort to stay, rate are almost the same but the facilities kinda old and size of the area are smaller than Centrro Residences. Plus the staff are very welcoming.

Room is big, bed is comfy, you have the best view of Mt. Makiling Except for the PUBLIC areas - elevator is dirty and the foyer and hallways. No service water.

The room is spacious. It is near a mall so you can get your food from there. It's also a walking distance to the campus.

The room was near a hall where an event seems to be happening. We can hear the noise from that hall in our room. The TV remote doesn't register when you are in bed. You need to use it at a certain angle near the TV. There is a tree blocking the view in the balcony

door card key was not functioning, they gave me a key instead... you can hear the noise in the hallway... exhaust fan in the cr is kinda noisy

Rooms are very spacious, perfect for families. It’s relatively near the UP Campus, Pharmacy, Grocery and Mall.

The outside/parking space and entrance is not actually pleasing, maybe due to unfinished construction. Maybe they can still improve there.

Quiet and comfy say near to establishments and parking.

1) Untiled pathway at the ground floor, it should be properly covered and with ⚠️ signage. 2) Mall management should strategize new business tenants (gov't, NGOs & telco satellite agencies/branches, current trendy shops, etc) so that people will come to the mall and business will pick up again.

I liked that the layout was simple, yet effective. Basic amenities were also covered quite easily. The staff were also very efficient.

I would have liked a bedside table for at least one side of the bed for convenience. Floor tiles were also out of shape. I wasn't aware that the bed wasn't affixed to the wall, either.
