The location - near the casino (Water Front) and Ayala IT Park. The staff are friendly, helpful and attentive. Housekeepers are very attentive - when you ask them to do something they do it straight away! Decent size room with a view.

The guest next door were really noisy. They were having sex in the middle of the afternoon and made a lot of loud noise.

We like how affordable in the budget. We stay here last year too, still nice, clean, and spacious, room. Even tho it’s just 2 star hotel, it’s still better than some 3 or 4 star hotels I had been to. Maybe because this hotel is still new too. The location is also kinda ok, it’s just you need to walk a little to go to the main road and get a vehicle to ride.

As usually there water pressure in there shower. Still very weak, also the drain design in the shower. It’s may take time to drain the water.

1 block away from public transportation, supermarket, food, and laundry. The staff was very professional and courteous.

The room was nice, but needed an electronic key card in a slot to operate the electricity for the room. When you leave and pull the card out, it turns off the air con. When you came back, the room was hot and took a long time to cool down but still wasn't enough to keep the room cool.

Place is clean. Room is clean, I like the floorings especially. Staffs and guards are nice, very well trained in hospitality aspects. The bed is very comfy. Hotel is very accessible, one ride away if you wann go IT Park, SM, and other venues. Quiet vicinity, Wi-Fi is fast. Will definitely rebook in this hotel if I come back in Cebu.

1. Only Cable Tvt 2. It is hard to control the airconditioning and the heating in the shower. It takes efforts to getting used to it but nevertheless not a bad factor to not choose the hotel.

I LIKE HOW ACCOMODATING THE STAFF, ROOM IS SUPERB WE HAD FUN AND THEY JUST LET US EXTEND FOR HALF HOUR FOR US TO LET US USE THE SHOWER BECAUSE WE JUST GOT HOME FROM EXAMINATION AND THEY JUST GENUINELY LET USE THE ROOM TO FRESHEN UP AND RELAX WE HAD A GREAT STAY AND STAFF ARE SO NICE I BOOKED ONLINE AND WAS HAPPY THAT ALL MY CLASSMATES IS HAPPY WITH MY CHOICE OF HOTEL THEY HAD GREAT TIME TOO AND WANTED TO COMEBACK AGAIN NOT FOR EXAM OF COURSE <3 BUT SOME RELAXING TIMES..

Fantastic value for money! Super friendly staff and even a fella on the door ready to open it for you. The location is great as there's plenty of restaurants and shops around and it felt safe at night. The room was a great size with really comfy beds and the bathroom was lush. There was even a mini fridge in the room and a water dispenser by the fridge with ice cold, room temperature and hot water in. Would definitely stay here again!

The location is very good, tell your cab driver, the landmark is JY supermarket. Across at the side of JY Supermarket are: McDonalds or Jollibee. There is also Sizzler's nearby. You won't need to venture far for places to have your meals. The neighborhood is quiet. If you need anything, you have to let the staff know and communicate your need/request. The staff are more than happy to be of assistance.

The room is nice. Clean and has a big space. Location is perfect. There are eateries, malls, and supermarkets nearby, so everything is so accessible. Staff were kind and welcoming too

We didn't ask for a room clean up on the 2nd day, but we're surprised that the staff entered the room to clean, to change sheets and towels. We appreciate it, but if only we were informed, we wouldn't mind.

Restaurants and groceries are very accessible, nice / safe neighborhood, very secure parking area, very helpful staff and very wholesome ambiance. Excellent stay!!!

Price is so affordable and comfort as well as safety worth more than anything else!!! I hope there's elevator access at the parking area to save my knees and railings in the stair to support when climbing the stair to ground level.

It’s a very ideal accommodation location-wise, the staff is genuinely friendly and cleanliness is topnotch. We stayed for two weeks and felt very welcomed and comfortable. They go the extra mile, for instance they had various towel folds next to our son’s stuffed toy which made us laugh.

The airconditioning was a bit noisy and the shower’s warm water is inconsistent. In the morning the neighbor’s dogs bark incessantly - but if you are mostly out and about this wouldn’t be a problem.
