The staff is just amazing, makes you really feel like a VIP person. The room was clean and spacious with a great view, even though not the highest floor. The buffet breakfast is great, you can select according to your preferences. There are 3 types of a cheaper a la carte breakfast. The restaurant is open during the day if you want to have a meal or a drink. The are all kinds of restaurants/shops/food stalls and an overall variety of services nearby.

The gym got missing dummbels for some weights and the combined machine for lats/quads and more (like 10 exercises in 1) has a broken weight selector with a bent screw instead of a normal thing and the whole cable pull is just not functioning correctly. So the whole machine is usable at like 40% of capability because of that. The floor corridor was somewhat worn out which contrasts with the room and the lobby.

The room was clean and organized. The bed was the most favorite part because it was very comfortable and my 2 year old was able to sleep long hours. The room has enough space for him to play around with his toys. The brakfast was good with plenty of choices especially the filipino delicacies and the staffs were friendly, approachable and very proactive to our needs, especially having kids you. The rest of the staffs were friendly and proactive as well from the welcome staffs to the reception. We had a great 2 days stay.. The hotel was placed in a good location and not crowded area. It was easy to access from the road to the parking space. The view from our window was pleasant to watch.

We just didn't like the roof deck restaurant service. Though we were welcomed and seated but we've waited for our drinks to arrive. We waited for more than 30 mins and we keep asking the staff to follow up our order and only our welcome drinks arrived. We decided to just cancel our order as it hasn't been made and we had a long day outside. I wish it was a bit more organized on receiving our orders. There were a lot of staffs on that night and 3 of them were asked to follow up. I know it was a busy event at the restaurant and maybe an additional staff to your bar area will help.

Convenient and accessible location. Situated within the city, this hotel is ideal for practical travelers like me who are comfortable commuting via PUJs to and from SM City and Ayala Malls. It’s a perfectly fine place to stay.

Room cleanliness could be improved. The floor had traces of dust — my white socks picked up dirt on the soles as I walked around. I usually wear white socks when staying at hotels to gauge their cleanliness, and in this case, it was noticeable. The bed was also a bit stiff and could be more comfortable.

Excellent staff all around, and breakfast buffet is tasty and varied.

The 10 or 12 minute walk to nearby Ayala Mall was nerve-wracking--so much traffic always racing by very close and coming out fast from alleys--as you navigate the narrow, uneven, or sometimes non-existent sidewalks--100% full attention to your walking is needed to avoid a mishap. I very quickly started taking taxis to and from Ayala Mal...the $1 fare saves a lot of stress (for me)

Service with a smile, big and clean rooms, quiet location but walking distance to Ayala Mall and restaurants. They upgraded 2 of our standard double rooms to 1 executive room and 1 one-bedroom suite with a connecting door to our third standard double room. Breakfast was delicious. On day 3, since some of us had a 6am ferry ride to Bohol Island and would miss breakfast at the hotel, they provided take aways of sandwiches, boiled eggs and bottled water. Special thanks to James at the front desk and the doormen for being super helpful! Thanks also to Jean for arranging a van with driver for our sightseeing around Cebu.

The staff are all super friendly, the breakfast was great with plenty of variety, and the rooftop bar was fabulous too. It was nice to have a bath in the room, it was very clean and the air con was icy cold. Ayala Mall was a bit further than we thought to walk there so we used Grab instead.

It was next to a noisy road, and there was noise outside the room from inconsiderate guests. Room needs a hairdryer and a swimming pool is usually standard in these top class hotels. The outside seating area needs to be tidied.

I have stayed at this hotel previously, so I kind of knew what to expect. Close to the city, but also reasonably free of the traffic noise that you get in cebu! Room was very clean, and cleaning staff were very prompt every day (thank you!) Bathroom is beautiful, but a little small for a Westerner 🙂 Breakfast was nice, and the dining area had lots of natural lighting, very nice! Food selection was nice, and all staff were very polite and happy. Certainly makes a difference to your trip, thanks.

The way that the bathroom door opens can be a little intrusive (moves both ways).

Would highly recommend this hotel - room was clean & spacious, and the rooftop bar was great, with fab views across the city and good food. Staff were very friendly & helpful. It's about 15 minute walk to the mall & 25 mins drive from the airport.

Not loads of stuff to do around the hotel other than the mall 15 min walk away, but that worked for us as we had just arrange a day trip away which was well located for pick up, and a good location to the airport.

- Lovely welcome at the reception. - Great size room with good amenities. - Big comfortable bed. - The downstairs restaurant/lounge area looked very nice even though we didn't use it during our short stay.

- The nearby streets did not feel very safe for walking. - Hotel staff keep every guest an extra 10min after checking out until they have checked the room. This was not communicated to guests at check in and caused frustration for many as people were rushing to the airport and did not know this beforehand. We recommend that hotel staff inform guests at checkin that a check will be required so that they expect this.

The location, the size of the room, the staffs are friendly specially the Bellman who always put a good smile and expresses warm greetings when you enter and leave the place. He is always ready to assist. Good job👏 Breakfast is okey. The roof deck is a must try hang out place.

Please have your phone in the room changed coz it is old and choppy.
