Wifi so slow in our room 832 and can’t even connect jud except sa restaurant or ground floor/ist floor the wifi is fine naman. But hope both working well ang wifi sa inyong hotel. The staff in the F.O whom that I asked help regarding the wifi they take action on it but nothing happened. Also when I asked help sa TV why it’s not working and the F.O said will send you a maintenance staff there as in wala jud miadto sa room. 15 days me stay ari but we didn’t enjoy using the wifi and the tv. Give us some reasons why ingon ani? No news man lang sa amoa mga guests regarding sa amoa concern. Hope naay ala carte food anytime not only sa room service.

The breakfast buffet was outstanding, and the fruit salad there was "to die for."If there was something that you didn't find, such as orange juice and cafe latte, someone would go and get it for you and then bring it for you on subsequent mornings without being asked! The a la carte menu at dinner featured a local recipe for empanada, which I highly recommend. The hotel also set up a couple of day trips for me to maximize my time in Cebu. That was very helpful, as none of the attractions was within walking distance. One place that is within walking distance is an Ayala Mall, which offers a variety of restaurants. The staff in general was exceptionally helpful.

The flushometer in the toilet in my room was exceptionally weak. That is about it.

The location , buffet breakfast are well prepared and organized. Delicious food, presentation is excellent.

The towels and bed sheets are worn out and need to be replaced. It's no longer white , needs some bleaching. Looks like mat.

Very convenient as it is close to the Ayala Mall. Staffs (from receptionist to the drivers that pick us up & drop us off at the airport) were great! We liked that they have airport shuttle service (which is very convenient) and that they allow us to pay at the hotel in Philippine currency - which are the deciding factors that we decided to pick this hotel for this trip

One instance that we ordered ala carte and after waiting for our food to come (25 to 30 minutes or so), staff came to let us know that the food we ordered is not available so we end up having to order different food item and have to wait longer. Same with the dessert (halo halo), the staff only advised us that no ice cream available thus they cannot make the halo halo right after we finished our main course and halo halo was ordered the same time as the main course. If only the staff can be more proactive & let us know right away so we can order different food item rather than wait so long just to have to reorder & wait longer

Breakfast was good. I like the variety. The salad bar, sweets especially puto and sikwate. I always like booking ypur suites since it is of bigger size than most hotels. I used to book your 2 bedroom suites but lately its hard to get one.

I have to call and ask for bath towels, hand towels. Toiletries were scarcely stocked. I have to call to ask for more in which is a bit disappointing. I have stayed before several times in suites and i liked that the kitchen was complete in utensils. Unfortunately, this stay the one bedroom suite wasn't well equipped lacking of plates, spoons, fork, knife, etc. The linens needs to be refreshed with newer, whiter ones, including towels and comforters. I booked my Mom in another room and she complained the linen felt unwashed and smelled bad. Had to ask it to be changed but took a long time. I really like your hotel but i hope you will improve and listen to what your guests are suggesting because thats what we are looking for.

I really appreciated the meals served (via room service). The 7-Eleven located across the property was a plus; not to mention that there were 2 others within walking distance. Ayala provided most the nightlife and if you're lucky to stay over weekends, some might turn out to be more entertaining than usual.

Some of the meals or items in the menu could use some improvement. Think twice if you're getting clothes laundered since it does take awhile. The night life over weekdays were usually boring and most establishments in the mall also closed early at 9 PM.

It's spacious than I expected. So clean and the staffs are very nice and polite. I like the hotel in general. Definitely I highly recommend it and will come back. It was my birthday and I'm glad to find this hotel. The breakfast was really good. Pitty the dinner buffet wasn't available when we checked in because there's schedule. For sure it's really good too. It's also closed to everywhere.

We were upgraded to a large suite upon arrival which was impressive. The decoration looked a little dated but the room size was very generous, and all the furniture was in good condition. Free use of the on-site gym was a bonus although most of the electric equipment was either unplugged / without power cable or out of service. The location of the hotel seemed very central with a variety of restaurants nearby.

I had to call room service as there was a set of spotlights which was very difficult to find the switch to turn off! We had to provide information upon check-in that was already provided via Booking.com and were asked to hang around for around 10 minutes after checking out until a member of staff checked the room and verified it was ok.

NOTHING TO DISLIKE, JUST WISHING FOR MORE AMENITIES SUCH AS A POOL, BIGGER WAITING LOBBY OR LOUNGE WITH MORE SEATING

I primarily like the free breakfast as the food is very delicious.

In one instance, staff opened my room while I was there changing clothes without the courtesy of knocking on doors during the last day of my stay. Though he apologized after I voiced discontentment of the unexpected entry, it should not be happening anymore in the future towards other guests.
