I have stayed at The Hop Inn Hotel at least 5 times for a total of at least 30 days. I want to tell you why. Its the people that work there. You have a lot of talented people there who understand people and how to do business. They make you money. They are why people come back. The first time i went to Hop Inn it was because of the price and location...I was so tired when I got there but they got me checked in fast and a little bit early.. I was surprised at the price and clean and new the rooms are. It also has a great view and its right by Ayala. I want to think the Cleaning Staff especially Jane. The front Desk Vanessa, Therese, Genesis, Given..and the other people I cant remember. Its clean Your property is safe Youre safe The staff speak great English Convenient location I would say very clean. Great shower.

Its location is just 2-5mins distance walk from my appointment. Very accessible to public transpo, convenience stores and malls. I love the city view on my window room. Thanks a lot for the relaxing stay! :)

It would have been better if there's a drying floor mat outside the CR and an extra one under the bed. It's very helpful especially when you are fresh from bath, it can also avoid slipping on the wet floor. The rugs can also prevent the shoe dust from getting in the room, as well as on the bed.

A perfect choice for a short stay. The place offered all the basic facilities, with a comfortable bed and a lovely city view from the window. The location was excellent, making it easy to get around, and the WiFi worked perfectly throughout our stay.

The room was quite small, making it less convenient for long-term stays as large luggage wouldn’t fit. We also had to request the toilet to be cleaned again. Other than that, the room was clean and smelled fresh. The only real downside was the check-in process, which didn’t go smoothly. After an 8-hour journey, we were eager to settle in, but despite three staff members being at the reception, only one was assisting guests. When it was finally my turn, the staff member suddenly walked away into a room without a word—no "excuse me" or indication that I should wait. When she returned, she didn’t acknowledge me and immediately assisted someone else instead. Maybe I was just too tired, but I expected better service, especially from a hotel.

ROOM IS SPACIOUS, BED IS COMFORTABLE AND WHAT I LOVE MOST IS THE SHOWER FOR IT IS LIKE HAVING A SHOWER IN A 5 STAR HOTEL. WE HAD A GOOD SLEEP AND IT FEELS LIKE HOME. SUPER SILENT AND NO NOISE OUTSIDE THE BUILDING. AYALA MALL IS JUST INFRONT. WE WERE HAVING OUR BIOMETRIX FOR OUR AUSTRALIA VISA AND IT IS JUST A 3 MINUTE WALK FROM VFS GLOBAL. SO IF YOU WANT TO GET A BIOMETRIX FOR EUROPE, AUSTRALJA AND CANADA THIS HOP IN HOTEL IS THE BEST FOR YOU AND EVEN JAPAN AND CHINA VISA. NEAR 7-11 STORE JUST NEXT DOOR FROM THE HOTEL AND OTHER RESTAURANTS. A HOTEL THAT HAS EVERYTHING AN YET SO AFFORDABLE. I LOVE THIS PLACE AND WE WILL COME BACK AGAIN. IT WAS OUR FIRST STAY IN HOP IN HOTEL. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO ALL

The location was incredibly close by the mall and there was a 7/11 right below the hotel as well. The location was great, staff were incredibly helpful, and you can leave your bags there too for safekeeping while traveling around the city. The rooms were clean, wifi was strong, and they used reusable mugs in rooms to help prevent single use waste. Overall an incredible hotel and would definitely recommend it.

This is nothing really uncommon here but the prices were unfortunately far too high for locals to even consider staying here. Besides that factor, the hotel was great. I wonder if they offer local discount.

Very good value for money Good location, walking distance to Ayala Mall and can take 14C to Ayala Center Very helpful staff There's an ATM by the hotel and also a 7/11 convenience store.

We paid for a deluxe room which is more space but that space is rather empty space at the entrance of the room but I'm not sure it is essential. However, the delux room is located near staff elevator and a loud AC. A few things improved could make it even better: add a fridge, move to the hanger from above the table to an empty space so you can hang longer clothes

We booked this hotel for our 3 days 2 nights stay in Cebu and was impressed on how clean and new the hotel was. It was a straight forward no fuzz hotel that you need to get for that good night sleep and rest. The linens were clean and the bathroom was relatively clean with toilet paper, body & shampoo liquid soap and towels. No toothbrush or other stuffs that you find in a 4-5 star hotels. No ref, no coffee maker etc... Free bottled water were provided too. The bed was so comfortable but with only one very soft pillow. With its price, I wouldnt ever complain. Its all worth your money. The hotel is next to Holiday Inn and is also a walking distance to Ayala Mall.

For such a wonderful budget friendly hotel, I wouldnt say anything that I wouldnt like. Its just how it is ... simple , straight forward, no fuzz hotel that you will surely appreciate.

Sustainable: no plastic water bottles, water glasses/pitcher provided with central water station. Shampoo/body wash provided in dispensers. Premium budget hotel.

No toothbrushes/toothpaste were provided (I guess part of the sustainability measures?). Maybe it was upon request. No longer asked since we brought our own and stayed only 9 hours (to sleep). And maybe I just missed the pre-check-in advice. But it could be cited early in the booking.

Hotel is in a nice business central area , a walk away from Ayala mall , next to a 7 eleven convenience store and a few metres away from a pan de manila bakery(check their pandesal, pastries & coffee for how good they are). Staff is very nice , hotel is clean, drinking water tank in corridor , the safe in room is very easy to use

Hotel uses the " save the planet" message to save money by not giving toiletries which is fine to me after all (only dispenser soap is provided) and not cleaning the room (which is done every three days on request again to "save the planet") We stayed at this hotel several times in the past and it was always super clean (including the sheets) but in this occasion the sheets were super stained (it looked like old blood)including the pillows and even if I'm not picky I requested them to be changed as everything was dirty, pillow, sheets etc. they changed them right away and they were very nice

very clean. location accessible to where we had to go--walking distance to many places to eat, business center. staff were very helpful. easy to get a grab/ride. internet signal was good. view of the greenery/ the trees in the park from above /on a higher floor of the hotel -- is very nice.

minor things like 1. the hanger for clothes in the room we stayed in, is not right. it is above the coffee, hot water kettle, etc. 2. defective outlet under the TV screen / on the wall of the work desk. impossible to insert the plug of my computer. its a good thing there is another outlet beside the bed which worked fine.
