Staffs and management were professional, friendly and very attentive. Room they gave me was spacious and clean. They provided complimentary water, coffee/tea sachets in the room. Mini bar was available for a fee. Breakfast and lunch buffets has excellent food variety.

1. Elevators - watch out for those doors! 2. Confusing access to parking spaces from/to the hotel lobby 3. Fridge in the room was for mini bar only and no space for food. So, don’t bring food left overs in your room if you’re not going to consume them in the next few hours.

Clean hotel with lots of facilities

One of the staff working in reception floor tried to sell his external tours behind his manager, ended up being a really bad tour, we did not tell the staff about it because we did not want to ruin his job. Staff also did not come to clean our room for 2 days, had to call them twice to come and clean it.

The hotel was immaculate, great location across the street from Ayala Mall, beautiful swimming pool which was really nice for entertaining family when they visited. The breakfast buffet was enormous with different selections daily. The room was very nice and we really enjoyed the balcony, meeting neighbors from around the world. What impressed me most about Quest Hotel was definitely the Staff. The hotel is well staffed. Every employee was sharply dressed and eager to serve. We were greeted every day with friendly smiles and gestures. I give Quest Hotel a perfect 10. Oh, I have to mention the showers 🚿. Lots and lots, I mean lots of water from the double shower heads with incredible water pressure. I might miss those morning showers the most!

There is nothing to not like about Quest Hotel.

My family and I stayed for 4 nights during the Sinulog festival and overall had a great experience. We booked 3 rooms and found them all comfortable and clean. The location is excellent — just a short walk from Ayala Center, which made shopping and dining very convenient. There are also plenty of restaurants and food options nearby beyond the mall. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially at the reception. We really appreciated the festive touches the hotel added for Sinulog — live performers in the buffet area and outside the lobby added a fun, celebratory vibe to our stay. The breakfast buffet was a highlight — we enjoyed it more than the dinner buffet, but both were decent. The pool area is a nice feature (though it can get crowded at peak times), and while the gym is pretty basic, it’s still a good amenity to have on hand.

The elevators could use some improvement. They often took a while and got crowded, especially during busy times of day. Also, while the hotel is centrally located for most things, it's quite a walk to the Sinulog parade route and fairgrounds — it’s better to take a car, but be prepared for heavy traffic during the festival.

The Dining room and Dinning staff were fantastic! The staff in general were very polite and helpful. I felt welcome and appreciated. The location is a quick 5 minute walk to the mal which was really nice. The downside is there isn't much other than the mall as far as tourist attractions or shopping within any kind of walking distance. The AC worked really well and there was hot water and a working safe.

This is an older hotel so expect older facilities, out of date furniture and items that could use maintenance. Even though the room seemed to be fully enclosed the amount of thick dust that would come in and settle on everything no matter how often you dust or wipe was my biggest issue, because you breath that all in. Come to find out its that way all over the city which is very polluted, but you would expect the building to shelter you from it.

My room was in line with my request ( bed size, etc) and the description given. All equipment was fully functional. The staff in every area is always accessible and extremely responsive to all request. The staff is always respectful, respectable, and friendly. Security is always present and actively assuring that the facility is safe. All staff proactively and diligently took action to assure that my needs were met and that my stay was pleasant. The location is excellent. You can walk to ATM machines and banks, and the Ayala Mall in about 5 minutes. You are also just a few minutes drive from the Ayala Center Mall and business.area. Everything you may need is within two to three blocks. There is always a cabs or equivalent just outside the entrance overseen by security and other staff. The pool was clean and accessible daily. Bottled water is provided at no cost. I would not stay anywhere else if I am in the Cebu area.

The staff at Quest has left me with nothing to complain about. I will be back next year.

We know that Quest Hotel would deliver exceptional service, despite the other unpleasant reviews we read online since we were satisfied during our stay in its Clark counterpart. We traveled with our 2 kids, and they accommodated our request for an extra bed without any charge. Breakfast, facilities, cleanliness of rooms, etc., also met our expectations. Security is also something that they should be praised for. Everyone was pleasant and we did not run into problems. In addition, the hotel is located right in front of a mall so it's easier to look for places to eat or shop.

Great location and good size of room. Helpful friendly staff. Great pool, would stay again. Special shout out to Roger on front door security. I got a grab taxi and the driver claimed to have no change. It was only 100 peso but the hotel had no change either. Roger immediately and kindly paid the driver from his own pocket. It was my first night there, Roger wouldn't have known I was staying longer but he was a gent. and a credit to the hotel. Of course I repaid him soon after and tried to ensure I had smaller notes for future grab journeys.

The TV was confusing initially and someone had to fix it when I arrived. Seems the previous occupant had disconnected a wire.

The location ia excellent. Across is the Ayala Mall which is convenient if you want a quick trip for coffee or snacks or for small things. The room size is perfect and layout is nice! Bathroom is a decent size, huge sink! Bed is comfortable.

We had two rooms one was for the children- the ac stopped working leaving my kids sweating all night. The ceiling was dripping leaving it very uncomfortable to stay. Water drainage in the shower room is slow so you would have to stop shower for water to drain otherwise it would cause a mini flood inside the bathroom. The pool water is dirty leaving my children with itchy skin! And tiny little cuts on the back of their little toes; there was a pool party the night before and there might have been a shattered glass in the pool who knows or broken tiles- hope they'll check on it and address the issue. Can't make coffee had to request and adaptor to make coffee maker work. Overall, our stay wasnt too bad but it could have been better. Housekeeping are very helpful and friendly!!

Confusion over airport pick-up after sending 3 emails with all the details, two flights coming in at different times etc. My fiancée and our 5 year old daughter were left waiting in terminal 1 for three hours for my flight to arrive in terminal 2, no cars for either of us, had to get a local taxi to hotel together , no dramas for me but not happy that my fiancée and daughter were left stranded after arranging everything in triplicate and having a reply to each email, lesson for myself, never book airport pick-ups with hotel.
