The place was great. In a good location, the staff's are friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was great!

I don't like how the room is not ready. It's 3 of us, but there's only one bath towel, the toilet paper is almost empty and no extra, no hand towel, no rug. I need to call the reception a few times to ask what we need. The hard water stains in the sink look disgusting.I tried to clean it, but it won't come off. I like the view from our room, but the glass window still has marks and prints from previous guests. idk,it looks disgusting and bothering, so we have to close the curtains all the time. I asked the reception to make a note to the housekeeping when they cleaned the room to wipe the glass windows, but when we came back, it still there. I just gave up. It's tiring to ask all the time.

The cleanliness of the bathroom did not meet the expected standards. Additionally, the bidet in my room was not adequately cleaned, and the water pressure was insufficient. The staff was inattentive. I observed an individual in the back office with his feet resting on a chair, exhibiting a lack of professionalism. Similarly, the restaurant staff was not attentive, despite the absence of other customers in the restaurant. I had to raise my voice to gain their attention.

Staff were very nice and we liked the buffet breakfast each morning. My other family members stayed in a deluxe triple room which was very spacious and comfortable and had nice views.

Double room was very small (okay if you don’t have a lot of luggage but for a couple and baby with two suitcases it was too tight). Also don’t ask reception to call any transfers for you… we paid 500peso for a 7 seater to the IT park which was 10 mins away, on the way home booked the same size car through grab and only paid 180peso.

We used it as a transit accommodation whilst travelling back from other parts of Cebu. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had booked 2 rooms (family of 5) and appreciated that they had placed the rooms next to each other. Hotel is very near the Ayala Centre mall (walking distance). Catching a Grab back from the mall was a breeze. Also very easy to get a Grab to the airport from this location.

I love the friendliness of the staff. I love the housekeeping service, I love that it was quite and I was Left along. I appreciate my stay

The food. There wasn't many options for Vegan/Vegetarian. The night shift manager needs more training in his way of addressing customer. The night shift manager was not nice, he had no business working in such friendly environment

Great staff, beautiful rooms, mostly clean. Comfortable beds. Great value. Good location.

I spent 4 nights in 3 different rooms because we kept moving around. We were booking one day ahead at a time. Most rooms are very comfortable. Though, as in most hotels in the Philippines, often you can find black mold in the bathrooms. Also the shower is usually leaking. Despite that, the rooms are very comfortable and we kept the ventilation on overnight. Despite my sensitive longues and astma, I was comfortable and had no issues. Breakfast had no vegan options. Almost everything was meat or fish.

I like the cleanliness and ambiance of the Hotel.

During our stay, in the breakfast area, there has been ceiling leaks of water which makes it hazardous for the guests.

The location was very convenient - easily walking distance to a 7/11, Ayala mall, several coffee shops and small restaurants. The beds were comfortable and clean, the shower had good pressure and was hot enough. The rooms were nicely lit and relaxing, the Air conditioning was strong, and the room blocked out much of the sound of the street. The hotel looks pretty fancy for a small hotel and would be great for returning Filipinos, travellers, and families.

There is no sidewalk outside the entrance to the hotel, and the street to the side of the building to the entrance of the basement garage is potholed. Our first room (803) was comfortable but the bathroom smelled damp, and after showering, the tiles in front of the shower door were squishy. We asked to be transferred to another room when we started to smell sewage coming from somewhere in the bathroom. Our next room was a huge improvement (801) but i noticed that many amenities that we had to ask for individually were already there (soap dish, floor mats, etc). Towards the end of our stay we also noticed a sewage smell start, and water dripped from the top of our mirror. All in all, our stay was very comfortable, but avoid those 2 rooms as it may require renovation to fix those issues.

I really like the place it was convenient for me and the room was excellent i got what i need and it was very clean. The bed i requested was given to me and i had a good sleep. Surely will be back again when i go for business trip or leisure time. Apreciate the staff theyre very good and the food was good.

I was surprised why my toilet wont flush. I open the lid and found theres no water. So i have to act and use the bidet to put water in the toilet tank. Its very hard to do it everytime when you use it and cant use the flush. Anyway i hope it will be fixed. Thats all.

The location was great, just a short walk from the famed Ayala Mall. Breakfast was very good indeed. Having had a longer stay it was great the breakfast buffet was changed daily. The staff couldn't have been kinder or nicer - from breakfast staff to room service staff. Special mention to Darvin on the front desk who was a complete superstar. He arranged a few tours - including a trip Moalboal to swim with turtles. Seeing all the places I did was fantastic, but when someone is kind enough to give you a true insight into/about Filipino culture and family life... well that was the icing on the cake! I definitely plan to return! Even before I'd left the hotel, I wanted to come back! :)))
