Location, Ayala Mall is just across. All the staff are helpful and accommodating. Having breakfast before we leave each day for a fun day outdoor activity is a plus. Can easily book a massage and worth it. Will definitely book a stay when we return.

Bathroom towels need to be replaced with softer and better quality.

Very clean and comfortable. Pool was excellent, very clean and in a shaded area. Was able to spend a long time enjoying the pool without getting sun exposure, but lounge chairs available in sunshine for sun bathers- excellent setup. Pool restroom and changing area very nice. The breakfast buffet - superb! Great location one street over from Ayala mall.

We loved the location and the proximity to the mall. There are good breakfast options in the restaurants. We liked our big room with King bed!

We were unaware that pool & gym are closed when booking. If this is something that you want (like us), maybe inquire first. We wanted to relax by the pool after hot day in Cebu, but it was under repair.

You get such amazing value for your money. I really enjoyed my stay there. Bed was very comfortable, decent WiFi thru out and great location just being a few mins walk from Alaya. Plus lots of restaurants and shops close by. I will definitely staying again. Oh yea. Staff super friendly and very helpful.

Unfortunately pool and gym were closed when I was there. TV bit outdated. Would be better with one with hdmi in so can connect own devices.

Breakfast is all excellent and all staff very accumulating. Location are nice going to ayala mall walking distance but if you travelling with elderly not good idea to do jay walk across the street 😆

The sink in the toilet not flowing properly it seems clogged.

I will come back next time and i will recommend to my family and friends.

at first,I thought they don't have slippers and toothbrush.. but when I called to the Frontdesk..they actually told me that I need to request and they will bring ..And I like about them .. approachable

One thing I didn’t like, that were gone all day but the dirty dishes was still in our room when we got back, I have to call the restaurant, the table was filthy until we check out the maid didn’t clean up the table, that’s why I didn’t leave tip for

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.

I believe the spa area could use some attention. The shower room in the spa seemed in need of more thorough cleaning and some maintenance work. Addressing these issues would really enhance the guest experience.

The staffs, they're welcoming and nice. From the front desk, the bell service, housekeeping and F/B service, are all excellent. Keep up the good work.

The shower area needs cleaning, the drain is clogged and the sink drain is clogged as well.

I like the location....very central and walking distant to ayala mall.....
