The location is fantastic! It’s situated right on top of a shopping mall, which is super convenient. You've got a bakery, Starbucks, and a variety of restaurants just downstairs – perfect for grabbing a snack or meal anytime. The room itself was cozy, clean, and nice, offering a comfortable space to relax.

There were no bottled water, kettle, or fridge in the room. That was a bit of a bummer, though there is a water dispenser in the lobby. Another thing to note is that they require a PHP 1,000 damage deposit to be paid in cash upon arrival, which was a bit inconvenient.

Easy access to everything. If you need a last minute grocery there’s a grocery store nearby located at Robinson’s Place. Starbucks is at the ground level of the bldg as well as a local favorite pan de manila which serves local pinoy bread pandesal and other filipino breads and pastries. Easy access to food and restaurants as well as public transportation.

The bathroom needs improvement. Its spacious and theres hot shower. But the floor gets wet so easily and it takes time to dry. Maybe provide enough rugs for the bathroom.

Location is excellent with plenty of restaurants and cafes in the plaza. It's also a very walkable 400m to the Mango square area. The Osmeña Circle and the malls is only 100m away. The bathroom is spacious with a a walk in shower. The glass partition only covered half the shower though, so a bit of splash does get onto the floor. There's a rubber mat to help with that. The shower had excellent water pressure and getting hot water was no problem. The room was spacious with a safe, clothes rack, a desk and chair to work on. The AC worked well and cooled the room in good time. The bed was very comfortable, I got 3 nights of fantastic nights sleep. The staff are exemplary in their helpfulness and courtesy even by the high standards of the Philippines. The lobby has a lounge feel with lots of couches to sit on and breaks tables with power points to work on.

I was comfortable enough, but for the price the hotel could do better than a plastic chair in the room.

Fresh, well run and convenient Just steps away from Robinson's Fuente, Mango Square and Ramos Street entertainment with Starbucks, Yellow Cab David's Chinese and others on site. No need to go far for anything. The hotel is over just two floors with an open mezzanine in the center with lots of natural light and a giant ceiling fan circulating the ambient air. Quite a different experience for a 3-star. Everything was in good working order and mostly complete. Comfortable bed and four pillows. Big bath towels, strong hot water and working shampoo and bath soap shower dispensers. The Room lacked only a ref, coffee and kettle (but a kettle can be requested). Included a wall mounted emergency flashlight (that worked!). The window-style aircon was quiet and effective. The LG TV was flat and large but not Smart. The remote controls were clean and actually worked (another different experience for a 3-star). In room phone... "Please dial 0 if you need anything".

The WiFi was fast but unpredictable, with random logouts and frequently lagging video streams. Also the Cebu Cable TV feed had limited Channels and flickered on favourite Channels.

I really loved the cleanliness of the hotel and the location. It was very close to a lot of food and coffee shops. It was less than 10 mins away from the mall. Each evening, I received letter from the hotel warning me of construction nearby and potential noise. The letter was very nice and I liked the fact that the staff made everyone aware. Thankfully, I didn't experience hearing any noise during my stay.

Everything was great. Staff was friendly and efficient with checking in and checking out. The location is surrounded by coffee shops and restaurants. Easy vehicle drop-off point right next to the elevator that takes you to the lobby. Probably the best experience you can get for the money in Cebu unless you're looking for high-end luxury accommodations.

The long checklist of items that the staff will check isn't stolen makes you wonder if everything is actually in the room and to double-check it's there upon check-in. But, nothing shady is actually going on there. Probably best to double-check anyway.

Very convenient for main tourist hub. Clean and quiet and very welcoming.

The location was fantastic! It's within the city center and very close to Fuente Circle. We came from a long and tiring trip so having your rooms on the same floor as reception was a bonus because their elevators were too small to handle all 5 of us + luggage. The bathroom was decent, spacious and with hot shower. Check-in and check-out was very quick and easy.

The bed was hard so there was a bit of a back pain in the morning. The elevator was too small. Since it wasn't high rise, you can hear the taxis and jeepney's honking or just passing by. Also, I wish they have a pick-up and drop-off service.

Repeat Guest. Pros: We super love the Location. There is a lot of restaurant down the hotel. All the things that you need. There is a laundry shop,a nail spa,DIY shop and many more. Nearby robinson mall. What more can you ask for. Very convenient location. -They maintained their cleanliness but kinda dusty floors but it is manageable. -Curtains are not too bright. Yes light can still penetrate but tolerable. -Hot shower working properly. -Cold AC. -Has a dispenser on the hallway where-in you can get free drinking water. -Nice staff. -There is a few parking space.

Cons: -Hotel is always full. Hard to book and get a room. -Since the built of the hotel's wall is thin,you can hear banging door noise from the other rooms. But can still tolerate it. -Sometimes wifi is weak. -Small elevator. -We are consist of big persons so the bed was quite small for us.

Primeway Suites Cebu is highly recommended to stay in Cebu, their reception/staff are very efficient, courteous and accommodating. We got 4 rooms for overnight business trip, rooms are very clean, aircon cold, bed comfortable, bathroom very clean and hot water available, cable for news, safety box. Every basic things one needs for a good stay, ideal for business or leisure as everything else is either a ride or few minutes walk away. Breakfast places, good restaurants are available downstairs.

None
