It's near to every where

The room looks old however its ok, but i guess it needs a little make over and elevator is plus since you have a room at the 4th floor. My senior parents are having a hard time going up and down the stairs with their luggage. plumbing needs to be checked, the room we got had the fumes from the drainage. We just put liquid det and had the exhaust at the bathroom open. When you open the bathroom door it really smells bad.

Actually nice little hotel, room spacious for my needs had a balcony over looking street… Staff very friendly and helpful … close to some good restaurants, laundry, Jollibee and good coffee

Air conditioning loud, no mini bar fridge (told had to rent), but was able to use the shop fridge down stairs to store water and keep cool. Although I like balcony if you are a lite sleeper. Traffic could wake you a lot

Location:The Hotel is located near Fuente Circle and just around the downtown area.It is near to alot of Bars,Shops and Restaurants.It is just a walking distance to Pungko2x where you can enjoy the famous Puso with different choices of fried pork,chicken & so on. Staff:The Hotel Staffs are kind & helpful. Affordability:Our Stay is worth the price. If you’re looking for a budget friendly yet comfortable & convenient hotel,then I recommend Hotel Capada.😊

I think,it is better if they have an elevator, the Guests might find it hard sometimes to use stairs especially when they have lots of baggages to carry especially for the old guests.

It is a basic hotel in a good position. Clean and tidy with excellent staff. I have stayed there a number of times although not fancy is perfectly adequate for needs. The price is excellent and very good value. Over shadowed the Rajah Park hotel that I stayed 3 nights before. If you want a cracking small hotel, look no further. Highly recommended.

As a retired Maintenance engineer I found a few Maintenance issues. Nothing major but to be considered. Nothing I could not sort in a day.

We like the proximity of the property to the main tourists area, and the room were okay especially the Studio Room -it was very spacious and very quiet. There's a roof deck were you can gather with friends during night time relaxation.

The lavatory faucet and other bathrooms on the twin sharing were clogged according to my friends., and there's a stain on the toilet bowl. Overall it was a pretty nice accommodation.

about the payment. the hotel should inform earlier the additional charges when using credit card payment. nevertheless, we do understand that the credit card charges. the reception and staff are excellent and accommodate us well. well done

toiletries- instead of providing bar soap, should replace with 3 in one shampoo or body shampoo. 2ndly, the water showers a bit low and it will be perfect if the water pressure can be increased

The room was big. The staff were also really nice. If I were to travel to Cebu City again, I would choose Hotel Capada again for it's location and cost.

The shower was confusing to use. Despite the aircon being cold (which is nice in my opinion), it also had a bit of a weird smell.

It's our second time to stay. The first time we stay we booked with terrace however when we reach the place no room available with terrace but then they gave us there best room. This second time we did not booked with terrace since it's one one night we need to stay. To our surprise we had a room with terrace 🤗🤗 THANK YOU SO MUCH CAPADA HOTEL SEE YOU MORE IN OUR FUTURE STAY IN CEBU.
