For a small hole in the wall cheap dive hotel, it was great. Very clean and well kept, super friendly staff. The room was quiet, well maintained, very good temperature control, the bed was very comfortable. Largely it exceeded my expectations. Extremely good value.

The carpeting was somewhat worn and stained, the lighting in the room was on the dim side, and the view from the window was a grey column of plumbing pipes.

Amazing location with easy cross-exits from J Llorente street to either roads of Fuente Osmeña circle. Accessible to all kinds of restaurants, plus nearby Robinsons Supermarket, 7/11. Carpeted floors.

Bed-size is something you need to consider if you're doubling up. Else, its ok for a single 6 ft tall person. Bathroom was too small although the overall room was big in size.

The accommodation is in the city center with many restaurants, clubs and some striptease bars. The staff was very friendly, polite and helpful.

The sink was broken, so I couldn't use it because the water was flowing out at the bottom. I always had to wash my hands in the bath. But that wasn't a big deal for me after all, because I just stayed there for 3 days.

The location was quite accessible. I stayed there because I had an appointment at a place close to the hotel. The shower was very nice.

The AC remote control didn't work, and I couldn't adjust the temperature. I couldn't sleep well because it was freezing. I asked a staff to check the AC, but it seemed like he did not know how it worked. Another staff came and 'borrowed' a remote control from another room but didn't leave it in my room. As a result, I still couldn't adjust the temperature. Not so comfortable.

The room is spacious for a family suite. It also has complete appliances (especially fridge and sofa) in catering our needs. The hotel is also very near to a lot of convenience shops and fast foods which is very advantageous for the guest.

No bidet installed. No heater/kettle given inside the room or we have to call the staff so that they can give us hot water for coffee and other warm beverages. It is a hassle actually. Also, elevator is too small.

The staffs in Palladium are very kind and the kuya that takes care of the front door are so helpful. The room is super clean and it is very near to everywhere we wanted to go while visiting Cebu. This place is highly recommended for family trips/ friend trips who are visiting Cebu. The restroom is also very clean and well maintained. Overall, we love our stay in fact, we will stay here again today until tomorrow before we go back to Davao. Thumbs up!

Nothing really as the suites offered the best quality for a cheap price.

The location, it was near Fuente osmena, near jollibee, burger king, bpi, national bookstore and seven eleven. just a few walks and you are already at the center. The aircon is really cold and the size of the bed and the room is already nice for the price.

the room said it is non smoking but it actually smells like someone has smoked inside. Maybe it's because of the exhaust fan in the bathroom from other smoking rooms, not sure. The room is cold but the blanket is really thin.

The staff are so friendly, the price is cheaper than others. The light switch is just beside my bed i don't need to get up to turn off the light.

The aircon, has a weird noise when i start it. The bed cover looks like a towel.

The hotel is near Fuente Osmena and there are a lot of restaurants near the hotel. Also a walking distance from well known malls and fastfoods. Just a few kilometers aways from tourist attractions such as Magellan's cross, Ocean Park. The staff are also very accomodating to us. They assist us in securing taxis when we go out. Hassle free check in and check out. Will definitely go back here when we come back to Cebu.

Some of neighboring guests are noisy but it is not the fault of the hotel.

I'm staying here for 4 nights & 5 days. Very accommodating staff and the rooms are spacious and peaceful. This is my 3rd time to stay here in there hotel and is one of the hotels that i can recommend for travelers like us. Thank you

The 1st two nights of staying we are in a suite room and the hot shower is not working properly but when we transfer from a smaller room the shower is functioning properly but the toilet sit is broken. Over all it was a good stay.
