I love the location since it's near the malls and clinics. It's also a walking distance from the CFO which is the reason I booked this place. The room is clean and the staff are polite.

It has 5 floors and no elevator, it's not senior citizen or PWD friendly. We obviously had a senior citizen in the group and still they placed me in the 4th floor room WITH NO ELEVATOR. They originally booked us in a room that was under construction then dangled an upgraded room only to take it back and moved us to a 4th floor, made an old person walk up 4 flights of stairs. They should have initiative and prioritize putting in an elevator.

It is a hotel with good cost performance. The staff's smiles and flexible responses are very nice. I think the free breakfast has a consistent taste and good service. Security is ensured to prevent intrusion from outside late at night, giving you peace of mind. This time I stayed for a week, but I had previously stayed for four weeks. Even as a Japanese person, I was able to stay with peace of mind, and I would be happy if I could use the hotel again.

There is no elevator in the facilities. There is no refrigerator in the room. I would have been happy if the bathroom amenities were a little more complete.

Good location for getting around and sightseeing, plus close to city centre and many shops, shopping centres, restaurants etc. Breakfast was included. Staff friendly and helpful, answered any questions about getting around as best they could. Happy to call you a taxi.

Waiting for the room to be ready despite arriving after check in time. It seemed to be a regular occurrence there. Could do with being a bit cleaner in the rooms.

Excellent location, everywhere is easily reached. Lovely and really helpful staff. A real 24hr hotel and nothing seems to be a problem. Really good value for your money in comparison to others I have checked out while here.

The only drawbacks are there is no elevator, nor fridge in your room. Other than that I cant compliment this hotel enough.

Everything really because i got to select my own bed while my gf had the luxury of the queen so i wouldnt have a furnace (🔥)smothering me all night. Bed was comfortable with what felt like a Memory foam mattress with high thread count sheets. Aircon was cold and quiet( woke up freezing, even thou it was set on low). Bathroom was clean and spacious, shower was hot with liquid soap/ shampoo supplied from a dispenser. 1 fluffy towel each and a bathmat. Door and lock was in good nic ( not flimsy). TV was new and clear. Floor was glazed tile and well maintained. There was hot/ cold water dispensers in the hallways to make drinks.

I thought the small cups (airline size) were a bit dated as its hard to make a coffee when a 3n1 sachet is good for a mug size cup. An airline size cup is 2 sips and then theres no more. But nothing major, some hotels dont even provide something to drink from😪.

Near sharrock..near robinsons..near fuente circle whre u can have yor daily morning walk * also the best is the free breakfast, free drink8ng water * d best is the male kitchen staff and housekeeping very accomodating *clean rooms with hot and cold shower *value for money

Was not able to have ealry chek in even if i req for it. Although the front desk allowed us to use the c.r. to freshen up and allowed us to leave our things Front desk did not informe that for daily room clean ups you need to inform the front desk Recommended to use paper cups and wooden stirrers..to be more env Friendly

Staff are excellent, professional, courteous, helpful. The location is a 10 minute walk from a shopping centre, restaurants, everything you need. There is even a hospital nearby. The room was good with everything you need.

My room was on the fourth floor but there is no lift. A bit of a nuisance.

the place is clean,the staff are friendly,the bed is comfy.AC works fine.The water dipenser in my floor is very convenient,i love it.

they serve the same food everyday. the first bed sheets i had was a little worn out & the towels too.could use an upgrade

I like the location bec it is just in front of Hi Precision where I need to do my lab tests. And is just walking distance to Fuente Osmena circle. Comfortable bed, good wifi connection, free breakfast. The room is really good a short-term stay or maybe for eveb long-term.

I stayed in a single room (304) without a table that is good for working on a laptop. The tables in the room are too low or too narrow to place a laptop on. I think a table that is good for working would be nice. The aircon takes time to cool. And I think the faucet in the shower room is konda broken or maybe loose. The shower floor towel although washed is already stained.

Clean and comfy. What you see is what you get. Staffs are accommodating and friendly.

No elevators and we we’re given a room in the 4th floor. Good thing we only have backpacks not luggages. Better be early for their free breakfast so you can choose what you want to eat from their 2 menu of the day. We had 2 pcs Sausage, rice and hardboiled egg since we came in around 8am already.
