We have enjoyed every visit to Apple tree Suites. It is so close to all the places we like at Fuente Circle. The beds are comfortable, room just as cold as we like it and the shower is a perfect temperature. 🥰.

Every time we book at this particular hotel I get my booking cancelled because of "invalid credit card" After several calls and adding the same card back on the booking site and contacting the credit card company we discover that the card is obviously fine. It is strange because the hotel does not even accept credit cards and only wants cash.. I am not sure what the employees are doing to trigger this, but I worry that it might affect my credit rating and will book at a nearby hotel next time.

I am on a carnivore diet so I was able to have the corn beef and egg plus 2 extra eggs , for breakfast, coffee was nice .Visitor policy is relaxed.

I felt at home there, all good , maybe there should be a bottle opener in all hotel rooms, It should be a law. Great food across the road.

The placement and the rate of the rooms are very good and the staff is very kind and accommodating

The room I was in had a faulty aircon, and it didn't get cold as much. The soap can be a bit bigger, especially for those who want to stay for 2 nights and more

The location is in the center of the places that we want to visit. Easy access to fuente, mango square, hospital, and other. Good place for a good price.

Broken tiles and CR tools are not properly maintained. Heater does not produce enough heat.

Clean hotel with good room rates, located right next to Osmeña Circle and Robinson mall with jeepneys and restaurants nearby. Cosy room with chair and a little desk. Nice seating area downstairs. There's an elevator and 24-hour reception.

The room was a bit moist.

Good value for money! The location is ideal if you wanna stay close to the center. Staff is also available 24/7. Aircon worked well for 6 days.

No space to hang clothes for 3 people. TV with only one channel

Shower area was really small. Could have better pillows. Comforter felt really heavy. No windows.

Shower was old and it fell off; curtain in the shower has molds. Price is okay so cant complain. Kuya guard and reception were nice though so im okay and will go back again :)

It has a spacious room that is so clean. Location is very nice as it is near to malls, restaurants, etc... It's very accessible and the staff are also polite and nice.
