I love the location. It's near the places I planned to visit. It has everything I need in a room and they offer free breakfast too, along with other housekeeping services. One time, I asked for a flat iron and they offered that the housekeeping will iron my shirt themselves. Of course, there was an extra charge but it made everything else convenient. The place is clean. I booked a small room but they also have a clean pitcher, glass, and cup at the bedside with a water dispenser just outside my room so dehydration is the least of my concern. Also, I couldn't check in early but they do allow you to leave your bags at the front desk, which was super helpful. The staff was accommodating and they do cater to your needs as long as they could provide them. Overall it was a good experience.

There are only three things. Because it's a small room, there is no wardrobe or a small cabinet available. I do wish there was one during my stay. My bathroom also drains too slowly so I ended up with a clogged bathroom floor after I showered. Lastly, they are a little too loud with their music outside. They don't play music at night though, so I still had a good sleep. Still, I guess they have thin walls because I can hear people from outside.

The hotel is located right in the center of the city, making it very convenient for shopping and exploring as it's close to malls and other key attractions. The location is definitely a highlight. The cleanliness of the hotel is impeccable, and the staff are absolutely amazing—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, making the stay much more enjoyable. The food is just ok, there is free breakfast. The beds are comfortable but slightly smaller than usual, which might be something to consider if you're used to more spacious bedding. Overall, it's a good option if you prioritize location, cleanliness, and excellent service.

The taxis waiting outside are actually not there to pick up passengers.

I just wanted to share how impressed I was with their front desk team! Every time I passed by, they made sure to check if I was a guest by asking questions. Honestly, I didn’t mind at all, it made me feel secure knowing that you’re really looking out for who comes in and out of the hotel. It’s great to see how much effort goes into keeping the place safe.

The water pressure for the shower was too weak. You could hear noises outside the room as early as 5 in the morning.

This place is pretty amazing, this gives a “home-y” vibe. I literally enjoy the place, the location is great, the staff are very polite and consistent. The place was all-in-all is awesome!

The sraff are nice and helpful and the place is just walking distance to Robinsons supermarket and few minutes ride to church.

it is better if you can put small table inside the room for laptop for working guest with an outlet for the laptop charging.
