The hotel is conveniently located near a hospital and a mall which made it easy for my senior citizen parent. The room we booked did not come with a desk but the hotel provided us a foldable desk for free upon request. The bed was comfortable and clean. The heating system of the toilet was working well. Internet was also good.

No elevator but it was tolerable for us since were only at the 2nd floor. Only 1 keycard is provided even if there were 2 occupants in the room. I alway had to knock for my senior citizen roommate to open the door. Breakfast was ok but breakfast area needs improvement. It's too busy and becomes crowded and disorganized at peak hours. The staff were also very loud while preparing the food. It would have been nice if breakfast was offered with more flexibility (i.e. can be availed anytime of the day, since occupants who would avail of executive health check-ups at the nearby hospital would often do fasting).

The location is great near Fuente Osmeña and the room was very clean. The beds were very comfortable.

The aircon was a little strange - some parts of the room were freezing and other parts hot. There was something about the way the air is distributed

Our family liked everything about Westpoint Hotel. It's all that we needed for our stay. Clean room, friendly staff, simple yet delicious and free hot breakfast and most of all affordable accommodation. Our check in and check out were both smooth. We will definitely book this hotel again on our future visits to Cebu.

Not that I didn't like but maybe more of something they can improve on to add more value to their customers. -Adding hotel slippers -Anti-slip mat in the bathroom is important especially for guests with kids and Senior Citizens -Intercom device per hotel room for quick response to customer's requests.

The hotel and staff have been very accommodating and just all in all a very pleasant stay! Clean and attentive staff and the price is reasonable! Very happy overall , would deffo recommend and will be returning in future :)

Repeat customer here 👋🏼 worth the price for a breakfast included. You get to use the stairs (no elevator) which is fair because the building is not high either.

The bed is a little stiff for my preference because I’m a side-sleeper.

I like the location, very close to everything. We have been hotel hopping since day 1 of our 4 week vacation and this was the one i preferred the most. It has a clean room and bathroom. Good wifi connection. Hot shower functioning well. Staffs were very accomodating. I would highly recommend this place. Price is very reasonable.

At the start of turning on the aircon it smells like sweaty feet, however it dissapears after a few minutes.

Value for money- you get what you paid for. Room was small but exceptionally clean. They have hot & cold shower. What i like best is how accommodating & welcoming the staff are. Walking distance to fuente which is a big plus. And one of the thing i was looking for while searching for an affordable hotel was a parking space and they have it🧡

Breakfast was good, well served. Staff so friendly like Joyce and the guards.

No elevator if you are not on the main floor and have more luggage. The parking is fcfs, reservation needed.
