Located in a great area easy walk to a lot of places.. Breakfast was good not a lot I eat but what I did was nice.. Rooms are nice and new Bed is very nice.. Most of the staff are fantastic. All in all I enjoyed my stay at this place the pool is OK just gets warm late in the afternoon.. Would I stay at this place again.. YES I WOULD..

Some staff are not very good with English stood at the pool bar for 10 min asked the girl 5 times for a pool towel and got ignored.. I paid for a room with a kitchenette to cook some small meals BUT no pots or plates nothing in the cupboards so we couldn't cook.. They have 2 function rooms on two floors one night they had a wedding and a function on and it took 10 minutes for an elevator to come having gas at the hotel wait to go to their room for that long there should be a separate entrance for the function rooms.. The room cleaners do a very basic job. 2 t.v channels that don't work in my room 1102 if you don't have Netflix or something it's boring.. Toilet very very small. No shower door water goes everywhere and old dirty floor towel.

The facilities were great value for money. The room had wifi working without even needing a password, Room was huge with all required amenities. Rack to dry clothes, AC, TV, bedside lamps, charging station next to the bed, wardrobes, huge bed etc. The restaurant downstairs had a buffet option. Not very vegetarian friendly but still lots of options.

Maybe the location as it is really far from the airport. The only issue we had was while trying to book a pick-up from the airport. While requesting a pick-up they asked us to pay before-hand, payment on arrival wasn't an option like almost all other hotels. We couldn't make the payment in advance because we only had cash in the county - no working card. Anyways that was a bit of trouble as we had to book a pick up from another place.

The bed was very comfy and the room in general was of a good standard. Location is ok but would recommend booking grabs in the lobby as they’re much cheaper than the taxis that wait outside the hotel and you will get hassled to get in a taxi if you don’t have a grab coming for you

The hotel offers competitive pricing and is conveniently located, making it a great choice for both business travelers and those visiting nearby hospitals, as it is situated right across from major medical facilities. I found the staff to be friendly and welcoming, which created a pleasant atmosphere throughout my visit. The rooms were well-maintained and comfortable, and I particularly appreciated the convenience of the four-floor parking available. In conclusion, I had a pleasant experience at your hotel with plenty of opportunities for improvement, and I would recommend it to others looking for a comfortable stay in the area. Breakfast service, which I found to be decent. However, I would suggest considering an improvement in the quality of the bread offered, as I believe this could elevate the breakfast experience further.

The place is clean. I am not sure but i think the linen and comforter were reuse. It doesn’t smell a new laundry. It has a foul smell

The front desk lady is rude. She was not accommodating. We have a simple request but instead unwillingly give what we dont like. She doesn’t even know how to greet and smile.

For this price range, the hotel exceeded my expectations. The receiving staff members were all warm, friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and the facilities were of sturdy quality. The breakfast buffet had plenty to offer, and it was all delicious. We were just passing through Cebu, and we slept well during our two nights' stay and we managed to rest as was needed. The view from our room was gorgeous!

For me, a hand towel and a face towel are essential in the bathroom, but the hotel did not have these to offer.

Nice, modern hotel with good parking, rooftop pool, ATM, and a small but decent restaurant. Great view from the room. Good aircon.

Location. It’s a tricky drive on back streets in an area where you might not feel super comfortable walking around at night. And it’s far from the malls, so the cab ride will take a while. The restaurant and breakfast are good but not great. Service could be improved—I tried to order a dish without rice, and asked them to put on mashed potatoes instead, but they would not alter the dish.

The location is perfect. All the staff are exceptional always ready to assist you from the guard at the lobby, the receptionist, room boy and all the staff in the hotel. They will make you feel welcome.

The only thing we found odd is the door at the bathroom and shower room. It is see through! You can see the person inside during his private moment😂. Especially if the lights are on! So, in order to have a little privacy we decided not to turn on the lights in the bathroom and shower room area.

Facilities esp the pool; Buffet breakfast (decent, plenty of variety).

Bath towels need changing. It looks and smells old already. The shower should have a glass door and not just a glass divider, showering could get messy as the water gets through the divider. No slippers provided in our room, when we were about to check-out, we saw some guests wearing the hotel slippers.

The breakfast was always a good choice of items. The restaurant staff were friendly and always helpful. Always had a smile for everyone. The area around the hotel was a bit run down, but I expected that. Always felt safe though.

To be honest there wasn't anything I didn't like, although being a traveller from Scotland I wasn't expecting Christmas decorations in October, but I was reliably informed that it was traditional in the Philippines for Christmas to begin in September. X
