The staff are very friendly and the service is super good. They can help call a taxi and help with luggage. The wifi is very stable and everyone can get their own password. If you need more, you can ask for it at the counter. There is a breakfast included, which requires toast and rice. The side dishes are just right, not too salty, and there are vegetables, which is great. The drinks include tea and coffee. The room has a safe, refrigerator, water heater, and air conditioner. It has a large window with a view of the outside. If you need a hairdryer, you can borrow it from the counter. There is very lively nearby, with a lot of food, and you can walk to the Fountain Circle in 15 minutes. However, due to the large number of people, you need to be careful about safety. The network is very stable and everyone can get their own password. If you need more, you can ask for it at the counter. There are water dispensers on every floor

The room is a bit small and the hot water pressure is not enough, but other than that it's pretty good

A very good and comfortable hotel right in the heart of Cebu City! The staffs are courteous and nice. We requested our rooms to be close to each other and they only not granted it, they even gave us a connecting room I didn't expect. The breakfast selection was ok, just wish to have more options though. The location is wonderful. There are many fast food establishments within the area and there are also nearby malls. Got an emergency health situation? It's literally just beside the Cebu Doctors University Hospital!

What's funny is water heater and cups are provided in the room but there was no coffee The breakfast buffet is something that needs improvement a lot because we cannot eat properly coz the. Viands ran out every now and then we have to wait for refill before we can get our food if there were people who ate ahead the food on the chefing dish is only enough for 3 people so we need to wait again for the next refill. The viands were limited to hotdogs sliced very thinly, small longanisa or skinless and scrambled eggs with rice very sad breakfast. I asked for bread they gave me only one piece of loaf bread sliced into 2 with butter they sliced no jam

The breakfast was fine but bland. The room was compact and suitable for a short stay. The location was 20 minute walk to where I was having meetings. But it turned out a 20 minute walk in the town probably takes longer than half an hour because of poor footpaths, roadworks, building construction. It is interesting to note that there is no shade along the route I walked and having a hat and umbrella was very useful.

The air conditioner was noisy and I turned it off to get a good nights sleep. The room was cool enough that this did not cause any problems.

if you have a family member admitted at Cebu Doctor's hospital this is a super convenient place to be close to them. Clean, modern and affordable. Room service available.

A lot of the staff don't have uniforms so it's hard to tell who is working there and who is not. It would feel more safe if you can easily identify the staff.

Nice, simple, clean hotel in a good location, the staff make this place what it is. Thank you for taking good care of me (check in at 3am and waiting 2 days for lost luggage). The breakfast is also delicious with a choice of eggs, rice, meat, juice and coffee. The room was simple but comfortable and fairly clean. There are some tables outside the front where you can sit and relax in this hectic city.

The wifi isn't strong enough to work, but if you're not working then it's absolutely fine for basic use.

I really liked this hotel. Very clean and the most friendly and helpful staff !😁👏 very good breakfast! Also check out their lunch- and dinner menu. The chefs there knows how to cook good food! Will definitely stay there another time for sure. 😁

The power of water in the bathroom sink could have been stronger, maybe it was only in my room. But probably not a big problem to solve.

Our family stayed for 3 nights in this comforting hotel, because of our scheduled cebu city tour. I like the ambience, the cleanliness, softness of the pillow and bed, cold ness of the AC, toilet is spacious and clean as well, shampoo was good, breakfast is yummy plus i love its area. There's a housekeeping everyday but preferred not to have it because we are always away from the hotel, still there's a free toiletries and bottled of water everyday. Also, all the staff are approachable and accomodating. All in all our stay was very worth it with its price.

Every night we can hear the noise of the AC moist coming from the other AC in the upper floors, but we still managed to sleep probably because we are very tired from our tour. But apart from that, this hotel is new and I highly recommend this especially with family staycation in cebu.

I chose to book this place over other hotels in Cebu because they are the only hotel with a good review on Wifi. It is indeed working fast. Other than that, everything else was good in the hotel. The location was superb, it's in the middle of the city's main area, which meant public transportation is highly accessible. The room was clean and spacious. Beds were soft. The staff were friendly and competent. Breakfast options are plated, mostly rice meals. It tasted good for the hotel's price.

No issues in our whole stay. One tip for future guests: the hotel itself is not appearing on Grab when searching, only it's address. Select "22 Gov. M. Roa St, Cebu City" when searching for the hotel on Grab.

Nice place, clean and comfy, worth my money. Wifi connections is good.

TV was not working properly because of the remote. But I didn't go to cebu for the TV shows anyway.
