Hotel location is in the heart of Cebu. It's easy to get a jeep or taxi to the nearest tourist spot. Also easy to get necessities and food as they are walkable. personally, it's good value for money. The staffs were also very accommodating and friendly.

Not much dislikes, just things minor inconveniences that can be improved like: the lighting position, provide more amenities like hangers; the water from gallon because doesn't taste like real water. When I left some food for awhile on the side table, ants got in real quick. The shower head is a bit old and couldn't really adjust the temperature you desire.

Location and Accessibility to local food and malls.

I like the location. I like that it offers cheap price. I like that they do have parking space. I like that it is not a tall building since I have fear in heights. I also like that they offer free towels, soaps, shampoos and water for drinking. I do like the softness of bed and pillows.

What I don't like is that they do not have spoon even for coffee or fork for food in the rooms. You have to bring your own toothbrush & toothpaste or buy at the reception.

The Staff is very friendly . I made a mistake while doing the booking and the lady at the reception was very kind ,helping me having the room that I wanted at the first place. The pictures are matching the rooms. Staff is very responsive.

It’s not something that I didn’t like but pressure of the shower was a little bit low.

Centrally located. Ayala Mall and the van terminal to the north is just one short jeep ride away. Our room was basic, but the mattresses felt luxurious to sleep on. There was a clothes cabinet provided with hangers. The entire room and CR were spacious enough. Drinking water is provided for free. We arrived late at night but there was somebody to assist us at reception. We checked out early to see the floral gardens but we were able to leave our bags for storage.

Nothing. Would love to stay at this hotel again.

Room 201 water drainage in the shower won't drain quickly

I really like how it was situated right in the center of the city. It was my first time there and can see my self going back. The staff are very accommodating and been very helpful to my request. I requested for a clean up on my second night but when I got back to my surprise the room was as is when I left the room, tried to ask why and they apologize for it and make it up to me by sending out linens and towels from my request and explain why they weren't able to clean it up. Also the wifi is very slow :( But it was manageable though. Anyways the whole stay and experience is very good!! Would comeback for sure :)

The Wifi!!! It would have been better if they improve their wifi so that they will have more business people get in to their hotel. Especially on my case I was working at night and had to use internet the whole time.

Located in a intact, unpolished filipino area. Lots of carinderias and bakeries nearby as well as nice system gastronomy restos and coffee shops. Yet it wasn't loud in the room. the room was neat and clean. the staff was very friendly and supportive. Thank you!

The lack of closet space and hooks. we had to open and close our bags for almost everything. being a family of four it was quite challenging.
