I booked this hotel on a whim because our trip planning was very last minute. I didn't even bother reading the reviews. So when I finally did, I was so nervous because there were a lot of negative comments saying the place is dirty along with other issues 😭. I kept my expectations low and to my surprise, the place was more than decent (the family room at least). It definitely had some upgrades. The place was clean, the aircon worked fine, and the electric fan helped with cooling the whole room in no time (noisy lang gamay). Since it's near the Fuente area, many restaurants and malls are just a minute away. No doubt, the best feature of this hotel was its location. Murag tago ang iya loc so peaceful jud. I had a morning and night stroll din around the area. Food was a bit pricey imo pero it tasted fine. Room service was decent, staff were accomodating (though I didn't really ask for help kay shy ko haha and feel nako every request naay additional fee). Pero you have to tell them pud if you need room cleaning kay if dili, di malimpyuhan ang inyong room lols.

Siguro ang one complaint lang nako kay ang bathroom. Need jud skinny legend para makasud haha. But that's just me nitpicking. Everything worked fine (flush, heater, etc.), it was just cramped.

Clean and cheap.

No television and no hot water! It was located in a really quiet somewhat secluded area.

Very affordable, accessible for supermarket, or if you want to eat outside. They have a good breakfast. Friendly staff

Old bathroom. The ac from the first room didn't work well or not in good condition. Luckily they transferred us to different room.

The facilities were simple but the staffs are so kind and accomodating. I love their service.

The space is a bit smaller than I thought and there's no heater but they always give us hot water for our coffee. They are super nice.

Staff were extremely friendly and help full. They helped immediately for our requests. Close by shopping food and necessities. Cheap food around including nice pastries.

No window on the room but it was mentioned on the description. It was my fault I felt it is not important I was wrong. Size of the room was to small couldn't do my exercises. No storage under the bad for baggage not to be in the way.

Staff at the reception they are friendly and helpful. Everytime I visit Cebu, I always choose to book Hotel Stella.

Was afraid after flushing the toilet, it took time to stop the water flow after you flush it

What I like most is the SERVICE. All the staff are accommodating. I will surely recommend the hotel and will surely stay and book again. ☺️

Cozy even the room is quite small.

Less electric sockets. Small room. The room is quite old. Some walls have rust stains.

bathroom is too small and somehow needs renovation because the tiles are yellow. please install also bidet.

It is very accesible. A lot of restaurants nearby. It’s near the Capitol as well.
