- Convenience of location to key establishments (i.e. walking distance so you wouldn't be subjected to traffic. - All day breakfast was really appreciated since we couldn't avail of an early AM breakfast during our executive health exam at chonghua. - Good internet - Option for late check-out at reasonable fee

- No mobile signal in our 2nd floor room. - No socket near the desk where I could charge my laptop while working. - Only 1 room key provided for 2 occupants. One time my husband and I had to leave separately, I had to ask the front desk to open the door for me while my husband was still out.

Friendly staff and felt safe, room was a good size and had everything I needed, breakfast was good and everything was clean around the hotel. Easily walk to some shops and food places etc.

Bathroom needed some maintenence was standing water and under the tiles which made it smell, room 306! Tried to organise a pickup from the hotel to get there but was complicated ended up. Getting ga taxi which was actually 700pasos cheaper. Than the one they wanted to arrange

Staff are hospitable and always smiling. For its price, the room is big and clean. I love the way they offer breakfast from morning up until 9pm so, you won't need to wake up early just to get your breakfast, you can have it delivered anytime you want. After coming back from a long tiring tour you will be welcomed with a clean room, tidied bed and warm food (this is our breakfast which we ordered a day before). I highly recommend this place, it's also near the malls and restaurants.

The room was a very nice size. The bed was large and comfy. My breakfast was brought to me every morning on time (if not early). The food was hot and fresh. I even took the time to compliment the ladies in the cafe because everything tasted so good. All of the staff were very nice and supportive.

The only 2 complaints I would share is that I had some problems for about 24 hours with the internet on the 3rd-floor dropping. I could walk out my door, sit on the steps going down, and connect easily. I am not sure if it was a router problem or what. My understanding from the staff is that they are updating some things with their internet wifi in the hotel. My 2nd problem is that I never knew from day to day if my water would be hot for my shower. Sometimes it would be great and other times it would be cool.

I like the location. We were searching for a stay since there's a sudden need to be near with Cebu Doctors Medical. The place is near and can be walked. The staff are friendly and greet you with smile. Very hospitable I would say. I like the idea of having drinking water dispenser in the floor, very convenient. I appreciated and witnessed that the staff prayed before the start of their meeting.

The wifi signal is poor even they tried to use wifi extender, it worked only for a moment. They have no double bed, they have to join 2 twin beds for me and my wife to stay and there's lights and switches in between. I saw small cockroach (kitchen) which the staff tried to remove/eradicate using bare hands. There are times it is hard to get a taxi. They have small/tight dinning area.

Cosy big family rooms. Very friendly stuff. We were able to check-in early. Free bottle of water in the room, free coolers to refill bottles on every floor. Beds are extremely comfortable. Bathroom is nicely set with a great shower. Breakfast was included in our price and it's delicious. A great value for money. Our whole family enjoyed our stay there.

It's around 30 minutes walk to the old city centre.

- Pillows, super comfy - Staff, excellent - Location, in a relatively peaceful corner of a busy city but still very accessible - Good food (Breakfast was included, non-breakfast meals were reasonably priced, decent serving size) - Free water (You can just bring a tumbler instead of buying bottled water, can refill anytime coz there's free water in the hallway)

The room is relatively well-lit (there are wall lamps) but it would be helpful to have at least one more overhead lighting

The place is like a cozy home for us. Not too fancy and not shabby too. Just right. Lovely bed and pillows and linens. Good breakfast and staff were always there to give comfort and convenience. Secure and located at the heart of cebu city. Love to go back!

New, clean facility. Friendly and polite service. Great email contact. An airport transfer was organized for us. The hotel is located 2 km from the main tourist attractions - you can get there for PHP 100 by taxi. Lots of shops around.

The air conditioner is very noisy and we couldn't sleep. The breakfast was small and tasteless

The room was huge but it was very dark. It only had pinlights and the lights by the bed, nothing else. You should definitely improve this. We had to use our phones' flashlights when eating at night.
