Room too small , had some minor issues with hot water and flooding in CR

I like the clean, quiet, and well maintained room. The minimalist, simple, and very conducive rooms provided great comfort and relaxing atmosphere. The accessibility of the hotel along with the non-smoking feature, and enough parking space were amazing. The staff and manager were also very helpful and provded good customer care and service throughout our stay.

Good location in Cebu. Seems like a safer area and everything in close walking distance. Comfy room. Good price-quality.

No window in the room. Could be cleaner. You can hear everything from the other rooms. Staff not so friendly.

Quiet location. Relatively newly-opened property. Very accommodating staff. Hoping to see an actual convenience store located within the building. Plenty of choices to eat especially if you're walking towards the city's fountain relic.

You have to make a bit of an effort every night to explore and walk around the vicinity for a night life.

I appreciated the hospitality and expertise of the staff. They provided excellent assistance throughout our stay.

During our stay, we encountered a couple of issues that affected our experience. Firstly, the AC unit in our room was undersized for the space, making the room uncomfortably warm and difficult to sleep in. We also found the bathroom design lacking – there was no effective partition between the shower and toilet, which resulted in the bathroom becoming excessively wet after use. These factors detracted from what could have otherwise been a more pleasant stay.

-Remote control bag. They give you a worn out platic zip-loc bag containing TV remotes to take to the room and return. Tacky -Beware the bathroom does not have a bidet and it's enclosed with glass walls on two sides (one side next to the bed). The glass is frosted about 15" or so up to the top so there's very little privacy if you're sharing the room. Weird to me; sit on the toilet and a person in the room with you see's your lower legs clearly with the rest of your body as an outline behind the frosting. The toilet is situated right next to the glass, so basically no privacy! -Sink had a slow drain, annoying. First shower I was standing in water and had room service come to clear the drain. -No chair just a bed -No table just a bed -Echoing halls. Every sound is amplified. Noisy neighbors let their kids run around in the hallway. I let it go -Slow elevator. One elevator super slow -No food or limited food. I'm not sure they had anything on offer and never saw anyone in the table seating area next to the lobby -Two small bottles of water -Mediocre at best wifi speeds -Window view non-existent, just a concrete wall outside -600p early check-in option, tacky. I asked for early check-in (2 hours) and was told there would be a 600 peso charge, no thanks. It's a bit off-putting since I was booked for 5 days but that's hotel policy and not staff fault. Also, there is a 1000 peso cash security hold, not uncommon here but tacky -1 roll of TP and no bidet, yuck -White clinical lighting not conducive to relaxation -2 hangars, no more -Two pillows that were on the small side
