Swimming pool, 4 feet deep and with warm water and with 180 degrees city views..Convinient Locatiion, on a main road with a supermarket and shops in the building. Hotel in the 26th and 27th floors. Friendly Staff. With Security guards. Clean and spacious Room. Comfortable Bed. City views. Can request for a fridge for a fee. Quiet room with quiet aircon.

Shower head needs replacing. It only sprays very little water and water is just lukewarm. We requested bucket and tabo to get good bath. They looked dirty. The beddings and towels are old and brown. No floor mat in the bathroom (there is one in the kitchen). No cutleries and plates. Kettle and cups provided but no tea, coffee, creamer and sugar. No bottle of water provided for the second day. Only one chair in the twin bedroom. No access to the balcony.No sleepers provided. No information in rhe room regarding housekeeping. There was no housekeeping on the second day.

The hotel is in a good location, close to restaurants, cafes etc. Also not too far from the local attractions. There is a nice supermarket at the ground floor and some other businesses as well. Pool is great with a great view. The gym is good.

Only one elevator worked. Took a long time to use it. Balcony was locked without ability to use it. No coffee/tea in the room.

The location , hotel amenities, room and bed are very good. The hotel sits right in the heart of the city where it is close to the malls, hospitals, and churches. The hotel itself has its own small mall where almost everything is there: laundry, pharmacy, massage, food court, etc.

Apologies to the staff , they are very polite , nice and kind but they needed further training in cleaning. After room service, the bed is well made up , everything is well arranged but the dirt on the shower walls remains. It is building up molds and slime. They also needed to replace their towels with new ones. Please take this as a constructive criticism.

We were stranded in Cebu because of the typhoon so this was a last minute booking. I thought the place was not okay because I hurriedly booked this place. To my surprise, size was good enough for us, friendly staff, location great. They have hot and cold if you use the shower head. electric kettle is also provided. Worth for its price.

The sink anot working in one of our rooms and the shower, better use a dipper but the tap has no hot water, to fill it using the shower head needs longer time plus no bidet.. Hassle to have tickets for the swimming pool but view is great

The guards at the pool area were kind and accommodating. The pool area and water were clean. The leeway given to check out after 12noon but before 1pm without charge was appreciated. The accessibility of a grocery store, coffee shop, pharmacy, bakery, and other food stalls were very helpful. The cost of stay was reasonable.

The towels were not so presentable anymore. A floor mat either inside the bathroom or by its door would be helpful in keeping the entire room clean cause it will already seep the dirt from your feet or slippers and prevent it from scattering around the room and on the bed.

The place itself is very good and very accessible. I also love the free usage of the pool and the gym. It was a good stay for us. Thank you so much!

It would be so much better if you have bidet at least for us who wants to wash with water after pooping.😂 But over all the place is nice.

The pool was very nice and people were quite friendly and helpful. The prices were also very reasonable and good value for your money.

The location downtown was nice but the endless traffic made it very noisy all day long. The rooms were said to be sound proofed but the large windows were certainly not. The windows did offer a nice view of the city and the mountains.

A smart, relatively modern hotel in a good location - ten mins from the seafront, and about 30 mins from the airport - a taxi costs roughly $15. There's a nice pool and gym which are free to use - the view from the pool is pretty spectacular in the evening. All the tourist stuff to do with Magellan is about ten mins away in a cab. There aren't loads of good places to eat nearby, but you can order food to the hotel using the Grab app.

The receptionist and the male staff assigned at the pool area was ver accommodating and friendly. The place is near shamrock pasalubong center and pungko2x which were included in our itinerary. The supermarket and some food stalls are accessible.

I suggest they could have an on call taxi drivers that they could refer to their guests especially when going to the airport. But nonetheless the receptionist helped us a lot and find means to contact a premium taxi that does not overcharged.

Its location is great. Very close to the major training hospitals and Fuente Osmeña. It’s a basic economy hotel with a great view It has generous parking for those who bring their cars

Not much. The first room we booked in had a bad sewer or toilet smell, but the staff quickly transferred us to a better room.
