Hotel rate was value for money in terms of its convenient location and for a short stay. Of course, the hotel facilities are already run down with age but still functioning. I like that each room is equipped with free toiletries, coffee, water and heater. I was so grateful that the bathroom had hot/cold shower option. The free breakfast was acceptable, too. We love that the hotel had its own parking space for guests, something that is so difficult to find within the Fuente Circle area . The internet was also good. The TV had nothing good in it but who needs it when internet was available. The best thing really with the hotel is its proximity to important areas like hospitals, schools and restaurants.

The reception always acknowledges of being a returning guest. Just being remembered even if it had been more than a year since my last visit. "Home away from home" vibes. Also, Staff at the kitchen had been very accommodating and understanding about my specific dietary needs. Will go out of their way to make guests feel welcome.

The hotel is surrounded by fastfood chains. There’s a KFC and Chowking Nearby. There’s a drugstore underneath and a mall is a few meters away. There’s a 24 hours donut store nearby if you need those late night coffee

The room does look like a cheap motel. It might be the quality of the sheets/pillows or the small amenities. I think it could be better. But honestly, its decent given the price I paid. There’s no fridge on the room.

I have bee there already a few times. The location is excellent at the Fuente Osmena. Walking distance for shopping, Restaurants and Nightlife is perfect.

I choosed the cheapest room, so there was no window. But in the upper part of the Hotel, there are rooms with windows, a nice view and some rooms even have a balcony.

I love the location but most of all the staff were very accommodating and cheerful. The place was clean and the AC is cold. I will recommend my stay to my friends who have plans to stay in the city. Good job ELEGANT CIRCLE INN

The towels were quite old but it is okey because they were clean. I wished the landline telephone is functional during my stay. I love the place period.

I like the place and the location because it is just a walking distance from the hotel to Hi Precession. The bed is spacious, the room is good and it is well ventilated. I was amazed because there was free coffee. Overall I rate our stay at your hotel as 8.

What about my 2 points, it's our experience at night, I don't know what happened to me that night but my boyfriend told me, I was screaming and he was so afraid of what I dreamt of. So I told him, I had a bad dream and the setting is in our room. When he woke me up that night, I was sweating so bad even if it was full air-conditioned and so was he. He told me something is bad about the ambiance of the room, we felt that maybe because we turned off the lights, it was totally pitch black. Basta ang feeling namo that night is murag naay someone na nag lantaw sa amo. He did not sleep after that and decided to look over me until I fell asleep.

Poor selection for vegetarian breakfast

Temperature control for AC did not work. The room was too cold when running AC and to hot when turned off. I woke up several times during the night to turn on/ off the AC. The last night the AC did not come on at all. When turning in it went in default after a few seconds.

The location, the facilities and the peace.

Some facilities were not working. No telephone, no tv and no breakfast service. But its okay i understand that we are in pandemic and that we are post odette recovery.

The breakfast was delicious. The location of the hotel is very near from chonghua hospital, Robinsons mall ang the famous pungko-pungko

So far I don't have any problems or anything that I don't like.

I booked for my fathers behalf because the area is too convenient near to the clinic.They say staff is very attentive and the place is clean, overall worth of staying.
