The view was great, and the space was sufficient for our group! We especially liked the rocking chair and the full length windows.

The place could’ve provided more toilet roll for us to use. Also, the roads were blocked off, going into the entrance of the accommodation during the time of our stay.

Waking distance to malls, restaurants. Easy access to everything. There is a free gallon of water we could use. The place is very nice and tidy. Easy to locate as well.

Nothing really with the property. But we just had a bad experience with the reception staff as they didn’t allow us to sit on the sofa near the elevator while waiting for some of our friends to come down to the lobby from the property. The security guards were rude and shoo as away saying we are not allowed their as it is for homeowners only. We would have understand it if they have said it nicely.

Very nice place. Beds are comfortable to sleep. Location is very accessible to malls and groceries. It's definitely a good place to stay with your family and friends.

There's not much to dislike. I just think that the room that accommodates 10 people has not enough beds. We stayed with 2 rooms. The room on the 24th says accommodates 10 people, which is indeed spacious. The room on the 22nd can accommodate 8 people. I just think the 24th room needs 1 more bed. Overall, it's a good place to stay.

Me and my friends love the big window with the view of Cebu City! It's nice that it only has one room but with 4 big beds! All of us in 1 room! And there 2 bathroom! The location is so accessible!!

Overnight Parking fee of php2,000 is sooo expensive! Not worth it. The loft is outdated, and there are tiny cockroaches under the kitchen sink and in both bathroom. Sofas badly needs to deep clean as it felt itchy whenever I sat in it.

It's in Fuente Osmeña circle area which is close to almost everything relevant. It's spacious and has everything you need.

We were in the 24th floor which gave my aunties nausea when in the elevator. There was a weird smell in the entire apartment.

The place is big and spacious. We're a party of 9 and a lot of extra space for everyone. My family was also very content of the place and they love the television in the room.

The air-conditioning on the bedroom is not that great that I need to use an electric fan for extra cold feeling. The water in the shower is slow and the sink water seems not existing.

The place had great views. The owner was very accommodating to our requests and adujsted to our schedules. She also replied to our queries in a timely manner.

The a/c in the larger bedroom doesn't work so well. Someone came in the next day and taught us to reset the breaker outside but it only worked for a bit before shutting off again. It's alright though, we just took the mattress and slept downstairs. The designated parking areas in the rear were also a bit sketchy.

I like that it’s big and so many available foam, there’s two rest rooms, a kitchen, and other facilities. There’s water too.

There’s cockroaches everywhere, no postpaid wifi, prepaid one was super slow. Place is a bit old but still good overall.

The location is excellent with easy access to restaurants and Robinsons. It is quite simple for us to prepare our meals since the kitchen is fully equipped. And the night view from the window is magnificent. The host is kind enough to accommodate our request for towels.

The heater in the second-floor shower room and the electric kettle are not working, and the broom has to be replaced. But overall it was excellent.

the room given to us was not the expected room we booked. we were supposed to be in the room with a much bigger living area for board games night. but the host said it is currently not available since they are fixing something in the room. It could have been okay if I was informed a day before regarding this one or a few hours before. But the host was kind enough to give us a discount to make it up to us. Though we enjoyed our stay here, I just hope they can improve in this aspect.
