Staff was wonderful and they make your stay nice Rooms are very clean. Very good location near is laundry jolybee and others. We had breakfast free that's nice and it was Filipino breakfast and it was for us wonderful. We found Travelbee at Booking.com normally price was 1480phpand we get it for 1000 php coz it was under deals at booking.com. Great value for price. We get 2 rooms for 9 nights for only 18.000 php. In Europe you can't get that price for big family like ours. Location was only 1.5 kilometers from center and that was great. Was first time in Cebu and we recommend Travelbee and we will come back again that's for sure.

In some things travelbee needs invest in lamps on side of bed and water in toilet doesn't go well but all together was good.

Near my Uncle’s wake venue. Near mall and can easily get a ride.

There’s a pungent smell in the toilet coming from drain hole. Makes us feel giddy. We didn’t mind much on this as we are outside the whole day. They should also need to replace the mirror in the toilet. Mirror gives positive energy in a room. It looks outdated and worn out. The Bed foam is comfy but noisy. Me and my sis had a room service massage and the beds creeks and creeks. The corned beef is not cooked.it taste like fresh from the can.

Very attentive staff, central location - walkable to many places, good quality breakfasts.

Shower was inconsistent, but water was always warm if not hot. TV didn't work (but no big deal for me).

The location is great. The hotel is clean and the staff are accommodating and pleasant.

The toilet flush not working well. The pillows are too soft but good thing they gave us another 2 sets.

Great location. I was given a room upgrade. The food was ok, the staff were brilliant. The entire Hotel was very clean. Transport and taxi were very easy to crab. Very close to restaurants, bars, entertainment and major shopping centres.

There were some minor maintenance issues.

The location is accessible and the room was tidy. It has a good ventilation system. No problem with the aircondition. Staff are customer oriented and accomodating. I had a good sleep that night.

It's great and super near to SM seaside. I didn't join my family to check in in this place vut they really enjoyed their stay. They also serve breakfast and the satff are really friendly

Clean, value for money, location

Its clean, comfortable. But they need to check the facilities example: leaks in the bidet, no floor rug provided, no slippers

The TV wasn't working. rather the cable tv so it was boring without phone 😅
