Excellent location less than 5 minutes on foot from Business park. Hot and cold drinking water available, great selection of tv channels, polite and professional reception staff. Awesome terrace for having a light meal. Room service available during the day. In general good transportation and tons of restaurants ond shops around.

Wi-Fi signal often too weak. No view at all. Once the curtain was opened other rooms could look into the room. The noise from the road could be heard and there is construction ongoing.

The staffs are super friendly. You can order healthy food, steamed wegetrables with tofu and rice and some other menus also with meat, and even frech fries really well done. The quality of the food is really good, and delivered to your room. You can also get Iced Coffee and there is a Gym with trainers to help you out. The building is very safe with friendly security guards.

First of all, I wanted to express my heartfelt gratitude to the Housekeeper who found my wrist watch and surrendered to the lost and found section. Thank you for keeping it safe and gently returning it to my cousin who picked the watch. Wi-Fi and Air conditioner malfunction

I stayed in Cebu for a few days at this hotel, very convenient location in the city center, but it was very quiet, no one bothered, a 3-minute walk from the hotel you can have a snack in Jolibee. A nice cozy room and a comfortable bed, all necessary personal hygiene products were provided, as well as the opportunity to get some water from the cooler. For this price, definitely the best option!

The location is strategic. The staffs from front desk personnel and the rest are cheerful and helpful, or rather upright as professionals.

I wish i have time to volunteer in the laundry service to demonstrate that saturating the bedsheets, pillows, and towels with fabric conditioners is not the way to cleanliness. The smell of conditioners has almost filled my lungs, and is as if sticky to my skin. Pillows could be treated with uv-light or placed under the sun for 15 minutes each side. I don't care if the bathroom is not sparkling, but at least some obviously creeping molds could have been soaked and cleaned with vinegar or mild detergents with a brush.

I like how accessible it is for going back, just one jeepney ride. The place is also nice, as well as the people at the front desk ✨🫶

It's a shame that the elevator isn't working but that's fine. You won't have problems in lifting your baggage anyway since they'll help you with that Didn't ask if it broke down or what maybe they'll fix it soon. :> you just gotta ask

I like the staff, they are very responsive. Money wise, location is really good.

Make sure the elevator is working because if you booked at the 5th floor, its not convenient to go up and down with handcarry, luggages and other things. Everything is good except for the experience with your elevator.

Convenient, staff were so quick with the order and the receptionists are friendly, wanna go back in here, the place is astonishing and keeping it aesthetic, Lovely beautiful, wanna go back in here with my boyfriend again

Wifi is way too far, consider putting wifi extensions to every room so that everyone can use the wifi in every room but its fine at least the mobile data was faster in the location

It was most definitely value for money

I didn't like the rude American abusive attitude towards them and I told him so because we definitely don't tolerate that in Australia.

I like the attitude of the staff.. very accomodating..

The only thing i didnt like is that they dont allow early check.in or extended check.out.. but im.grateful they did some adjustments in their regulations so we can meet halfway in a win-win solution..
