It so nice in person, the AC is good also we were located at the 6th floor so the view is really nice. The place is just walking distance to night markets and there are convenience stores everywhere.

We can hear the noise from the other room because the wall is thin, also we didn’t get free toiletries but it’s all good because the room is really nice, better than the other places we viewed.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, placed in a nice room with a wonderful view from the window, convenient location in the city center and not very noisy, at least no one bothered me at night, the TV is working, the Internet is good, the air conditioner is working, clean and cozy

I little didn't like the fact that they charge an additional tax after the price has already been determined, perhaps this is normal in the Philippines, but I haven't noticed this anywhere

As I have indicated the staff were excellent,especially Francesca and the security/maintenance guy who both were willing to go the extra mile when dealing with my complaints about inoperative facilities etc to ensure my stay was comfortable.

The amenities advertised. e.g. dining room and bar did not exist.Also in room telephone, massage advertised but not available. In my opinion your advertising, especially concerning amenities , badly needs updating. I spoke to several other guests who said the same.

Checked in for 2 nights (Oct.14-15) and all staffs were nice and friendly..❤️ Maasikasuhon kaayo sila sa ilang customers unya dili mga isug hehe... Mo response dayon ug naa tay mga concerns like hinay ang aircon.. ila jud kang tarungon ug entertain.. gibalhin mig lain nga room nga kusog na ang aircon ug mas bigger room sad.. super kusog kaayo ilang internetug labaw sa tanan barato ra kaayo ilang per night.. Keep it up guys... ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Hinay lang mo agas ang gripo sa lababo sa cr (sa amung room).. wla ko kabalo sa ubang room.. moagas mn siya pero hinay lang.. atleast mo agas hehe...

Honestly it was okay place. Location is okay as long as you dont mind walking a little. Taxis had hard time finding as signage is not easy to see till you pass the place. I ended up walking back to hotel cause taxi dropped my off at corner because we passed it.

They need to put better signage so easier to see before you pass it. Not allowed to have food in your room. Felt like i was a school kids. My room had broken tiles and bathroom missing a tile. Toilet didnt flush properly because water never stopped running.

The staff was very accommodating. Like we needed hot water for a warm drink and they heated up water for us at wee hours in the morning. OVER ALL, I LOVED OUR STAY. IT WAS CONVENIENT.

I was wondering what made the wall near the elevator hot. Just that. That made me worry a bit but over all, VERY VERY RECOMMEND ABLE.

Accessible and convenient place. Budget-friendly. Fast WIFI connection. We had a good sleep because the aircon was too cold. The CR has a hot shower. Approachable staffs.

Broken tiles. Dusty curtains. My partner and my kid kept sneezing. Noisy outside even night time but still we had a good sleep😊

The manager allowed me to check in early at 10am. He even called me when the room was already available.

the receptionist should pay attention to the client she was speaking to, especially that she hardly understood or spoke tagalog. she was also busy chatting in cebuano with another. she didnt answer my questions well.

We book online for 3rms and d rooms assigned for us located @ 2f and 4f. parehong may leak ang shower mas malakas nga lang sa isang room ang tagas which is very disturbing at night. mejo creepy ang hallway sa gabi mejo creepy din ang small elevator madilim sa reception area

* in booking apps if you ask something, they will reply immediately, that's why we always book there. *Good Staff & location they have an elevator a side of that they also they have a mini market downstairs and outside you can also choose a lot of foods😊 *Their room is clean with aircon and flat screenTV they also have a strong wifi, in the window the view is beautiful there you can feel relaxing and safety☺

* their hot shower doesn't work😔
