Close to the main street and 2 malls where you can find everything, quiet, the staff is really friendly and talkative, our room was big and clean, you get free bottled water with the room and we also asked to use a kettle( there is no kettle or complimentary tea/coffee in the room but is almost like this everywhere) and we had breakfast included in the rate

Is not like i didn’t like it but as coming from Europe a little bigger variety of breakfast would be nice, at least some fruits…

Location was good, breakfast was also good, but you should have served fish or seafood also instead of all meat.

Tissue in the bathroom was a left-behind of the previous occupant (like a quarter of a roll). I had to call Customer Service to request for additional tissue paper @ night. Its inconvenient.

The staff was amiable and accommodating. All of our special requests were granted and were able to have free use of iron and other kitchen utensils. The food is tasty. We enjoyed eating at their restaurant.

The location is a bit far from the highway, need to book grab taxi before you can get to another location. Though the staff was helpful to get a taxi for us, but it took some time. The rest of our experience was superb!

Breakfast good, at the price didn’t expect free breakfast! The receptionist tried ordering grab for us and followed up, but no delivery was available due to heavy rain- she went out of her way and was very nice about it! I think her name is Kay.

The bathroom was a little dated but overall okay.

The toiletries are not complete no dispossable toothbrush and slippers.

I like the location as it was near to my place of work. Staff are all very friendly.

The paints and tiles are falling off. Maybe because of the pandemic and not much visitors, the place needs some repainting and repairs since the tourism is now becoming active again.

Staffs are all friendly and accommodating. They provided the things that we needed during our 5-night stay.

My family (including myself) enjoyed staying at your hotel every time we are in Cebu. Everyone is soo helpful. Relaxing stay. Thank you everyone specially Chad.
