How close it was to everything. Walking-distance to stores, outside markets, malls and beach. Our Bathroom was clean and shower has an attached heating system. Rooms are equipped with AC units. The service workers were very nice, and helpful. We didn’t have good WiFi when we arrived, the staff were very helpful to fix it. And next thing you know it, they installed a new flat screen TV and the WiFi was great after that. They offered free breakfast coupons for three days. They were even nice to remind you about the breakfast. They served: scrambled eggs, filipino red hotdogs, spam, puto (filipino rice cakes) and more. A nice selection of beverages (juices) and of course hot coffee.

We stayed in room 308. We really liked it. It was small and simple. Clean. But no windows since we were located in the middle. The bed was clean but hard. After a few nights we got use to it lol.

It's our 2nd time here and still the best among the others. The location is perfect! We can do many things around the area. There are many restaurants and malls. Will definitely come back! Thank you!

The wifi vouchers were limited so we had to go down to the lobby. Also, there's no AC remote control in the room, it was too cold while we were staying there. Overall, it was a nice stay.

Room was ok and clean but bathroom too small and shower no room for me

The food at Kongs restaurant was terrible. They served us raw bleeding chicken adobo. They heated it up in the microwave and returned it over cooked like chewing rubber. I will never eat there again! Terrible experience 0-10 rating for food at Kongs restaurant

The staff were extremely helpful and nice. The hotel had a security guard every night who was very nice. The location is right in the middle of everything you want to do. Everything we wanted to go to was about a 15 minute walk.

The location is great, close to restaurants and shops . Room is clean.

The comforter os a little small. Tv was showing connected to the Internet but kept on having connection error . It would've been nice if it was working, coz the tv was no use since there was no cable.

The breakfast buffet was tasty and had multiple options. The WiFi was fast and allowed me to work from the hotel. The laundry services are affordable, quick, and delivered directly to my room.

The location is on a busy street.

I liked that the staff were approachable and kind. The room was good overall. The bed and pillows were comfy. The fridge was working fine and there were lots of places to put our things which made it comfortable.

The TV remote is not working well and the toilet bowl has a stain on it. Other than those 2 things, it was a great stay overall.

Great location, great price, friendly staff, Kong restaurant was best chicken adobo in town!!! This place is a hidden gem. Fresh hot pandesal just down the street , 2 malls and waterfront all short walk from Kings.

Staff members were extremely helpful and nice. The place was clean and tidy. The best thing was the smoking area 10/10!!

More good if the hotel provides Breakfast.
