There was high speed internet > 200mbs, it wasn't as stable as it could have been -- there were periodic micro outages as well has the interruptions caused by the typhoons. But the host worked to resolve our issues. The separate living room and bed room and the overall size of the room where actually great. The sunset view was quite spectacular.

The fact that the wifi was so unstable. The fact that this is not on the board walk so about a km to all the dining and other activities there.

Nice facilities and that the rooms are apartment style. Clean rooms as well as short walk to the mall. Would recommend the Penthouse and the level below, for your stay. Nice views of the surroundings if you choose these rooms. The restaurant in the ground floor is quite good.

Lacked shampoo and other good to have amenities, and especially cutleries and alike, for being a apartment style hotel. Far away from the beach and certainly from a good beach.

We did a last minute booking and luckily got a very spacious suite with a veranda. We brought our 9mo old puppy and there were only a handful of places that accepted pets. It was located walking distance to Ayala Harborpoint and to Royal Duty Free. Staff were really helpful and always had a smile.

The basement parking area was dark. There were cockroaches outside our room and since we were located on the ground floor near the restaurant I think that's one of the reasons. Breakfast selection was limited to the Silogs and egg+toast options.

The room was spacious especially the balcony. It’s fully furnished so our stay felt like we’re just in our own home. Plus, having an own washing machine saved us some time, effort and money!

During our stay, we did not see a security personnel posted atleast in the front door or roving around. They also have a basement parking which is great, but again no security posted in the area. And also, Manpower is a vital aspect of maintaining a good quality service of a service provider bussiness. Understandable that during our stay there is a typhoon, but having extra manpower to take care of the needs of the clients in the hotel is vital.

Good location handy to Mall & Duty Free. Very comfortable bed. Nice breakfast. Great staff.

Kitchen facilities were basic & 1 of the cooking induction hobs did not work. The staff were great but they could not rectify the problem.

Great location, close to stores and some restaurants. Safe and decent. Full size kitchen and can be used if needed. They even provide their own washer. I love that this is a pet-friendly facility and I got to be with the furbabies during our stay.

The location of the pool is a bit off which is just at the back of the main lobby. It feels awkward to swim there where the guests come and go. But we loved the hotel, regardless!

1) location - very near to the center of sbfz. view - full glass terrace and city view is refreshing. 2) staff - very polite and accommodating 3) room - bed is absolutely comfortable. spacious room. complete kitchen utensils. wifi is ok. has fridge, microwave, induction stove, even water dispenser. has 2 a/c. even has washing machine! 4) parking - spacious parking. 5) pet friendly - very rare to find pet friendly hotels within sbfz itself - i think this hotel is the only one. and real pet friendly at that, they don’t have “small size pets only” requirements or “specific breeds only” etc that aren’t really pet friendly. thank you for being really pet friendly.

1) No bidet. Only has tissues. 2) Not much sockets to charge phones and connect electronic devices. 3) Free breakfast. Not much breakfast options for the free one. still would’ve been ok if coffee is brewed at least (but it’s instant).

I would recommend the stay when at Subic Bay Free Zone.

Had all the accommodation’s, swimming pool, pool table, and karokoe.

I liked how accommodating the staff was. The location was very private. The whole place was clean and comfortable. I loved the freedom of being able to cook and do laundry.

The pool was under renovation whenever i rented and the elevator was under maintenance, too.
