I like the price with the breakfast. The rooms were clean with very hot water. We rented a scooter and toured the island. Very cheap. I enjoyed the omelet.

The bed was horrid. The hotel switched us to another room. It was a better bed, but made out of cement. I feel bad for anyone who is tall. They had complementary drinks. I wish they had fresh juice instead it was out of a carton. You would would think coconut water would be cheaper because the could source them locally. The TV was small and it didn't work, but we didn't spend much time in the room.

Staff were absolutely amazing. First time I have tipped staff after a stay. Location is amazing - the view of and proximity to Tulang Diot is excellent. Food - awesome, with staff on hand all day to cook Very good priced scooters to rent at the property I will definitely stay again

Construction under way next door but not their fault Around the pool was being landscaped which was just bad timing for me.

Excellent location, very friendly and helpful staff, decent small restaurant, cozy pool, very beatiful view to the sea and small island from restaurant, wi-fi is quite fast

It would be better to have desk for working with laptop in the room. The construction near hotel will finish some day, I hope:)

the highlights of this place are the staff, the food, and the dogs. they are very kind and helpful; food is great and reliable (although if you want pizza, you'd better call in advance). the room is fine - i got a good deal because i booked during special promo. the wifi is ok; sometimes i'd have to rely on my 4G - seems wifi was affected greatly by the rain though. the hot water and pressure in the shower is GREAT. staff are very helpful with whatever you need. they seem to like working here! the rooms are little basic, but if you're alone, it's fine. there is no kitchen though, so not particularly helpful for long-term people. they definitely have best fries on the island; the other food is quite reliable also.

i can't decide if the air-con/fan system not between split A/C was good or bad... bad because it's very noisy and not with convenient switch, but good because of the white noise. i end up moving to other place because i found a better deal, but that comes with integrating into the community. but for what i paid, i am fine with what i experienced.

I loved the service that we were given. Our host were very kind and always tended to our needs. The hot shower was very nice and the aircon was great. The rooms were very comfortable and it made for a great night sleep. The food was always delicious and there was plenty of it. It was easy to catch a boat ride just a three minute walk away. The grounds were kept very neat and clean. We will definitely return. Thank you.

Nice location in the uncrowded north end of the island. Breakfast is decent. A fridge in the restaurant provides free pitchers of cold water all day long, and thermoses of hot water on request. How kind! Rooms are basic and a bit worn, but clean and comfortable. A nice little shop about 10 meters from the front door sells cold drinks and snacks.

Wifi isn't great, but that's normal in this country. Rooms near the road can be a bit noisy from scooters and the radio playing next door in the early AM.

The place was good ,,, Breakfast is nice ,,, The island just across was nice to visit for the day,,, beautiful beach ,, It is just 400 peso for the boat to cross over and return ride ,, 2 or 10 persons same price ,, 400 peso for the whole boat not per person ,, there are steps going down to the beach from the restaurant area in the resort ,,

The feeling of being welcome and at home away from home. Fantastic food, great service and effort from Thomas and his team. The surprise welcome drink, was a nice way of making us feel relaxed. The garden is beautiful and the falling flowers make a great surprise for my partner. Keep going and teach away this place already has 5 star service.

For my taste the shower water pressure was a bit too low and I couldn't turn it fully cold. But overall the bath (European style toilet) was great and a lot better than what I have seen in the Philippines.

The concrete bed frame uncomfortable especially for someone tall like me, I also find it dangerous sticking above the mattress like that. One remark at the service we’ve got overcharged for the Paella, it was supposed to be 250 per person and we’ve got charged 300 pp. Considering that we’ve brought 7 additional people for dinner two nights in the row and send a lot of money on the restaurant it was little disappointing. Also we’ve preordered the Paella day before as requested for 6, our guests were little late which is quite normal especially in Philippines the food was served at the empty table anyway, again little disappointed. It was very tasty especially the fish dishes were amazing and that coming from a head chef with years of experience behind his belt.

The food they offered exceeded our expectations; we felt like eating at a 5-star hotel. We always finished everything. The serving was also very generous. The Mango shake was exceptional! In addition, the staffs were really nice and accommodating. They greeted us kindly with a smile on their face. Mr. Thomas, the owner, was also very welcoming. Overall, it was a really great stay!

Everything was almost perfect. If the weather had not been too bad, we would've enjoyed the place more. The weather may have also affected the wifi connection. Still it's a place worth staying!
