No Netflix app on TV or prime or Disney Had to ask twice to get my room made up during my 3 night stay. Once was because a make my room sign was missing from the room, second I'm not sure There was some noise given the location, overall it wasn't too bad The outside of the hotel does smell a little being so close to the port and public market - however the hotel smelt great. Omg the free instant coffee and tooth paste was pretty gross, the other items were great 👍. breakfasts are served cold 🥶 - however that seems unavoidable. Lack of a real room service menu - it's only breakfast options available

Location wise, it's a great choice esp. if you opt to explore the city by foot, variety of food choices avail. nearby and relaxing place to stay. The staff were so accommodating and helpful. The security staff were attentive to our needs esp. during parking. The vicinity are well maintained and clean. The family room that we rented was super spacious and provided with basic necessities. It was a great stay indeed.

One and only thing, they forgot to serve our breakfast. It was too late when they come up to our room to asked for our food preferences as we are checking out already. Since the room is not equipped with a phone or intercom, we're too lazy to go to the reception to ask for our food.

The hotel is very clean and modern, plus also in a central location in Ormoc city. Breakfast was included, and we had to submit our order the day before to have it delivered to our room the next morning. Even when we missed the staff who came to take our order, we messaged reception early the next morning and they were able to accept our order without any issues - so this was great service. Overall, the stay was very comfortable and I would love to stay here again!

The staff was very friendly, and the location superb - walking distance to Superdome and the bus station. Wifi was the best, vs. all the other places i went to. Room was spacious and exceed expectations.

Breakfast wasn't very good. They also apparently don't make up the room daily - one has to give instruction before they do it.

I suggest the breakfast will have oatmeal to substitute those who don't eat meat like the vegetarian. Or have vegetables or vegetables products included in the menu or choice.

The front desk is great, thoughtful and helpful. Great ladies! However, my wife and I didn't notice aggressive help from the bellboys. We helped our luggage which were plenty by ourselves. Without being asked, they should offer to bring it to our rooms as what we regularly experienced in other hotels.

The staff is very friendly and helpful! The location of this hotel, I think, is the best in Ormoc! Walking distance to the ferry and steps from the outdoor market.

I've stayed in other high rated hotels in Ormoc, and this one is the best hands down. The family room is big and spacious and easily fit five of us. The free breakfast is not bad, fried egg, spam, rice, and coffee.

Large comfortable well equipped room. Great location, 5 minute walk from ferry port, opposite market. Lots of places to eat, street food or restaurants nearby. Modern mall within 10 minutes walk.

Not hotels fault but there were a few brownouts during our two day stay.

We stayed 2 times at this hotel in a row. The manager and staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and a comfortable bed. I would book again here if i ever come back to Ormoc.

There was no Restaurant. But you can order your breakfast at the reception easily in advanced.

My parents was accomodated by the staff of the hotel.

Maybe since ita new, few staff only. No available staff like when they have problem with aircondition, they are advice to wait until morning since the technician already went home. The hotel needs to hire more staff maybe in tje future since i new the hotel is quite new.

Friendly and very helpful hotel staff including Kuya Security, clean apartment, comfortable stay, facility is good and the view of the harbor from the master’s bedroom is spectacular. Value for money and we will definitely stay here when in Ormoc City. Highly recommended 👍
