the hotel outside was a bit unwelcoming, but inside Is an awesome Jem inside in comparison. will stay here again. I hope that there Babay City and Ormoc Locations do more for their Curb appeal. they are super easy to work with, especially if you obtain their WhatsApp number to call them and make arrangements between Ormoc and Baybay locations.

curb appeal, better electrics to accommodate international travelers, the spacing between outlets is sparse and they don't have enough adaptors/Multiple outlet power strip extension cords to barrow(the prong configurations), but at least the J&F store has some on the 3rd floor to buy cheap if you have to. the bathroom Tub Is too small for AFAM height and weight ;-) . In the other room, the showers Faucet was a bit cumbersome to get it correctly aligned right away, and the shower was a bit tight for a married couple to enjoy.

- very modern (international level) hotel - spacious and modern rooms with all amenities including hot water - very comfortable beds - helpful and friendly personnel - bike friendly with a secure place to store our travel bicycles - good value for money

- our room had no windows with daylight - breakfast was ok but could have been better - location is next to / above a shopping center on the edge of town (but easy taxi ride into town)

Overall, the hotel is good and well located. The staff are helpful and polite and the room was comfortable, although lacking chairs or somewhere to sit other than the bed. It was let down by the quality of the breakfast.

The breakfast wasn't good with minimal options and no fresh fruit or what could be considered a healthy option. I ordered toast one morning and was served stale bread, which wasn't toasted. The pancakes were not freshly made - they appeared to be a mass-produced cake that had been purchased from a supermarket. The bacon also wasn't good - it was overcooked, grey and slimy.

The staff was excellent and our room was big and comfortable.

The store next to the hotel would blast their song over and over all day long. It became our theme song for our vacation. Also, the key card for our room didn’t work, so every day the front desk had to open our room for us. We kept the card they gave us in the room so we could keep our rooms AC on.

I love this hotel. I've been a regular guest since the hotel opened. I've never had an issue. This time I had to extend the stay and the staff was easy to deal with.

When I first started going to the hotel I could buy beer in the dining area. That is no longer available. It would be nice to have that back.

The staff are friendly, and the location is near convenience stores, making it easy to access transportation to the terminal or to roam around. The room is clean too

When speaking in the dining area, there is a bit of an echo. There's no wardrobe or any place to put clothes, so they are just on the floor if you have suitcase . The food options are limited, but it's alright because it's more on local.

The breakfast was OK, but it needs a bit more of a variety. The location was ideal. The staff were friendly and very courteous.!!

The music shouldn’t be that loud at 7.00 in the morning, and as background music should only be instrumental. You’ve got to remember that the lobby, dining area and rooms are all on the same floor and some rooms are extremely close to the dining area.!!

This is my go to place when I'm in Baybay. Great spot. Always clean. The people are great. Comfortable bed and very quiet. They never dissapoint.

The breakfast is always Filipino. I would like more of a western choice. Having said that, the food is still good. It is always served late. That could be improved. a 7 am request means that breakfast will be served between 7:30 and 8:00.

The breakfast was good and came with the room. They also had an ethernet cable port so that I didn't have to rely too much on using spotty wifi.

Perhaps if they had a lunch/dinner option at their dining facilities instead of only breakfast it would be better. There were also insects that managed to enter the room.

The place is nice and staff are accommodating. Cleanliness is much appreciated and much more so with the security. Breakfast is okay and the place in general is accessible and away from the busy and hustle of the city.

Table is a bit small for two people to dine in. My first spacious room lack table and chair. The next day I move to a nice room though. Complimentary water must serve everyday since I stayed 4 days.
