I stayed at the tugsaw resort, the room was great ,staff were ok too ,they delivered food to my room morning and evening, very pleasant. 3 tier pool it's old but it's OK still usable. I had 4 night there.the only problem is getting to the shops and market in el salvador, but you can catch a motorbike or taxi.plenty of parking, the restaurant is amazing over looks the pool and a great view of the trees you can almost see city Hall. The coconut trees are all around the pool what a great seen oh yes and laundry service too.i think ok for the family, the kids will like the pool area. And you can always go off the site and have a look in town. Check it out .book your next trip. I'm going back maybe next year. I only took videos for my friend and family I wish I took more pictures

I didn't like the Rd going up to the resort and it's just slightly out of the way but then it's quite and pleasant out of the way.

Room were very spacious.All staff were polite and approachable.The place is good for family most specailly those with small children.

I liked the overall look of the facility.

The facility was very unkempt. We showed up at about 5pm from the airport. We were the only people there besides the two door guys. The door guy gave us our keys. We asked about the restaurant and it was closed. We asked for the wifi password and was told there was no wifi...we walked past the pool and it was very green...and to top it all off... there was zero hot water to take a shower after our 32 hours of traveling... I think it would be better during the tourist season...

The seaview and not very far from the airport if you are looking for a place to stay in for a night.

Very basic . Disappointed because the room was not spotless, cob waves and spiders in the bathroom. there were no glasses or cups and saucer to use and even no complimentary bottle of water, we had to asked the staffs for it. the front door there is no additional security locks .

No bed. We were just given mattresses and slept on the floor. We were given a karaoke room. Hilarious!

Ordinary for the cost

I think this place has potential but it seems to be a kids theme park run by children, No proper reception area, A desk outside a building, No access to main restaurant, the room was sparse, no phone, they asked me for my confirmation receipt 3 times and 3 times despite having my confirmation on the desk, I told the manageress I dont have the Booking.com App on my phone, you have to walk 50 metres to contact anyone ( if you could find them) as there was no phone in the rooms., and there was a a full garbage bin tipped over outside our room. I was bewildered by the whole place. and finally there was a dog in the main swimming pool !
