Near to Hundred Island When it comes to a stay at the Spotlight Hotel, I can confidently say that it was a truly exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality by the friendly staff members who were eager to assist me with anything I needed. The Environment is relqxing creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. During my stay, I had the opportunity to sample the delicious cuisine at the hotel's restaurant, which featured a menu The food was not only beautifully presented but also impeccably prepared, showcasing the talent of the chefs who took great pride in their culinary creations. In addition to the exceptional accommodations and dining options, the Spotlight Hotel also offered a range of amenities and services that enhanced my overall experience. Overall, my stay at the Spotlight Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The impeccable service, Comfortable accommodations, made it a truly memorable I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a sophisticated and luxurious stay in a prime location.

No elevator, i have. Bad knee its a struggle

Property is a 2min drive away from the Hundred Islands National Park, can be walked in less than 15min. Close to 711 and Mcdonald's. Mind you, this is a province up north but the hotel is decent enough to make you feel comfortable. AC is strong, plus they have fans if you wish to elevate your room temperature. Hospitality of the staff is UNMATCHED. Everyone can multi-task and cater to your needs. There was an event during our stay and the place was fully booked but the staff still delivered and made sure our needs were attended to. There is no in-property pool but there is a neighbor property under the same management (3min drive). There is hotel shuttle service, just tell the front desk if you wish to swim and they'll take care of it. If you are planning to tour the Hundred Islands, the hotel will assist you, just ask front desk. The driver is super nice, he assisted all of us up until we met our boatman, made sure we got into the boat, and after the day tour picked us up and brought us back to the hotel. Breakfast is really good, make sure to order the longganisa. During the event when the dining area was crowded, the staff still made sure we had our breakfast via room service. Everyone is friendly and accommodating, they make things happen. I can go on and on, but I would recommend you experience the rest on your own.

There is no elevator, which is fine because it's only a 4 story property but if you have a family member that cannot go up the stairs, make sure to inform the hotel so they can book your room on the 2nd floor (1 flight of stairs only)

Loved the staff team who all were exceptional in helping us have a great time eg organising 100 islands trip, shoe repair, tricycle transport etc. Great balcony, view of islsnds & quietest A/C so far on our travels.

Nothing but personal view that room was bit clinical in presentation (all white), maybe an odd picture on wall??? Maybe a UK thing, no criticism.

The staff attended to our needs, coordinated our Hundred Islands registration and tour, and took us to the port and back to the hotel, so we did not have to worry about anything. Great service!

Some of the power outlets and plumbing fixtures were faulty. The ref did not really work so leftovers got spoilt.

The property is about 10 minutes walk to Lucap wharf which is the landing place for island hopping on the hundred islands. The property is clean as per description.

The property only has stairs which make it harder for people with mobility problems to.

The location is near the hundred islands wharf. The beds are comfortable. The spotlight corner at the lobby where you can have a photo with a twist.

Need to provide clothes rack at the veranda to dry up the wet clothes. Maybe a wash area for feet to remove the sands before entering the hotel

Good breakfast and excellent service

I wish they included pancakes, breads and more choices for breakfast on their menu.

Staff were amazing, very helpful and polite. Location is convenient, near the wharf and restaurants.

There is no lift / elevators, which is inconvenient for the elderly who are part of our group.

It is very close to the wharf that will take you to the island hopping of the hundred islands. Walking distance to the wharf. Staff were very nice and accommodating when we requested to upgrade rooms to be close to each other.
