I like the hospitality, cleanliness and comfort. The room was large and complete with the facilities that we needed. The beds were huge and comfortable. The kitchen has a refrigirator, water boiler and dining utensils. The shower room has cold and hot water. The images were all accurate. The location was perfect. I can recommend this to others.

Trike the room and the staff but so shocked the breakfast was not included with the money spent unlike in all the bed and breakfast I used before anywhere in the world

This place should change their facility's name without breakfast or better offer the breakfast with the value of breakfast included in the total hotel rate _so as not to fool / deceive the customer's expectations

Staffs always asked if we need something, they always smile and they are very approachable.

The drainage in the shower room,,,water stocked for a while on the floor while having a shower.

Very nice, clean and quiet place in the centre of town a few minutes walk from Victory Liner Busterminal. Comfortable beds. Helpful staff. Nice and cheap breakfast served in the lovely garden. Very good value for money.

The room that we been staying that has kitchen on it the Aircon was so noisy it seems that we’re still inside the plane but aside from that everything was good

We liked the central - but also quiet - location in the middle of town. We loved that we were staying in a heritage home with wooden floors, stairs and doors. Easy tricycle taxi connection to Hundred Islands National Park. Warm water shower. Nice staff. Ample electrical wall plugs. Great value!

Wifi was on and off. Mostly off. Room was a bit tight.

Lovely, spacious and comfortable rooms. Good beds. We were a family of 7 and everything was as described on the website. Friendly staff. Location was fine, many shops nearby and kind of close from the wharf. The outdoor tables and seats were nice too. We really enjoyed our stay. Many thanks :)

The view from the windows :( Maybe you can get an agreement with the neighbour properties about tyding up their yards. And on another note, the hotel facilites said that there was housekeeping everyday, but no one took our rubbish out and I have to ask for more toilet paper because it was not topped up.

Everything, the room was clean and tidy, spacious. Staff, most especially the guards they are very considerate. Thanks. For sure book again w/ family when we go alaminos ,will recommend to other friends as well.

The guys at the hotel was very nice and helpful. Beautiful garden with tables so you can eat outside. Will definitely come again, maybe try a bigger room next time.

The power went out a couple of times, but was on again minutes after. Minor inconvenience.

The staff were really friendly and the food was great. We arrived really late due to heavy traffic on the way but it wasn't a problem checking in. Parking was also very secure.
