The hotel is situated inside a fenced perimeter village so it is relatively safe. The room is clean. Wifi is working as well as the lifts. The staff were also helpful and you get free access to their pool when you get to chek-in. You can also enjou walking around and there is a man made lake.

The hotel not within the city center of Iloilo so you will have to take taxi or commute hailing services to get there. There are no stores nearby as it is within a village so it is better to bring your own snacks (food) - otherwise you will have to order from the hotel or order through delivery service. Breakfast is plated.

The staffs are very approachable, they let us keep our luggage before check in and we also left it for 3 days and it's dine. They answer the questions properly, and very professional. Thee breakfast is good and the view outside is so relaxing.

it's far from the main road we have to wait for the taxi or grab for awhile. If there are no available grab, the front desk will call and book us a taxi, this is nice.

The two bedroom suite was spacious with adequate room space and privacy. Very peaceful and calming environment. Easy check and check out process with nice staff.

No internet connection during our stay. It was my second time staying here and it’s a recurring problem. Breakfast was delicious but we waited for more than 30 minutes for the food to arrive.

The hotel and grounds were beautiful

The restaurant was a little disappointing, the food was average at best. Nice table setting with really cheap paper napkins. Should be cloth napkins or good quality paper napkins.

Very peaceful and the lake setting is excellent and the path around the lake is good for walking.

For the price I would have expected better WiFi and smart TV in the room

The location, the cleanness, the care provided by the staff especially the security guys. The rooms were comfortable and everything was fantastic

The internet was so so slow that i couldnt do some of my work with it.

Every time we stay there one of us is sick and we can't enjoy the amenities like the pool. Next time we will;

The place was really relaxing and picturesque. The outdoor lakeside picnic was an enjoyable activity whether as a family, couple, or group of friends. Also, the air was refreshing and the waves from the manmade lake was soothing.

The wifi and internet speed were really a letdown. Some of the toiletries were incomplete in the bathroom. It was a good thing the hotel staff was kind enough to deliver the missing toiletries to the room.

Nice and unique place ,the lake and the garden are fantastic,so peaceful atmosphere in this Hotel.the room was enough big and the bed comfortable.

For some weird reasons, their wifi is kinda annoying. We had to go to the ground floor just to have a good connection. And the location of the hotel is kinda far from the main road but it's tolerable.
