This place hits all the right notes for a hassle-free stay. First off, the location is incredibly convenient. Whether you're here for business or leisure, you'll find it easy to get around. We have rented a car and the place has parking outside the hotel. Plus, there’s a laundromat right next door and they can arrange to deliver it to your room. One of the highlights is the free breakfast. It’s a great way to start the day, with a variety of options that cater to different tastes. Coupled with fast, reliable WiFi, you'll have no trouble catching up on work or planning your day’s adventures. The cleaning service deserves a mention too. I love how we can go about our day and come back to the room clean and the sheets and towels replaced. The rooms are consistently well-maintained, ensuring a fresh and welcoming environment throughout your stay. I was also able to ask for a hair dryer and it was provided no problem. Overall, this bed and breakfast offers a blend of comfort, convenience, and practical amenities that make it an excellent choice for any traveler.

I didn't like how the air conditioning unit took time to cool the room. Note also that inside the bathroom is a bit hot.

Easy to get to, from the main road, pulling up right to the door. They had some issues with the lift/elevator but informed us on arrival and assisted us throughout, which was a well managed issue. The rooms aren't huge, but weren't tight and ultimately everyone slept well. The breakfast was nice. I don't have too much to say about this place. I was satisfied, it wasn't exciting, but it did the job, and did the job well.

The breakfast, although nice, was slightly limiting, and going beyond the single option was at extra cost. I do prefer simplicity, particularly early in the morning.

What I love about this property is the fact that they have their own 24/7 restaurant which is very convenient for a solo traveler like me who is out most of the time. They even prepared my free breakfast by 3AM as I need to meet the joiner van going to Gigantes island for a day tour. All staffs including security guard are very nice and accommodating answering all my questions how to roam around the city via local transport. I’ve even got a pleasant talk with Kuya guard as he used to work in Manila and know my town. Although I’ve experienced a small issue with my Wi-fi (I’m staying at 5th flr.) which was resolved quickly after a technical reboot. They also have a family room to accommodate big groups so I think this hotel can cater different types of group. Before I forgot, my room was upgraded to double deluxe without any charge so I am very happy with that. Thank you!

However, the location is one ride from the city center, so if you prefer a more quiet place after a long day without spending too much time going to the city attractions, I recommend this hotel. But if you are someone who wants to stay just within the city center, maybe downtown area suits you better.

The location is along the main road which has easy access to PUV. Laundry shop and other mini stores are available in the neighborhood. They have a diner-cafe that is open 24/7, which serves your breakfast with option of dine in or room service. All staff are accommodating.

The room where we stayed has colony of black ants crossing the room floor area to-from the toilet and the windowsill...everyday. It has no extra power outlet for phone charging. No electic kettle should you need hot water anytime.

not the property didnt like one of the waiter’s communication down stairs. After check out 12pm I worked for a couple of hours downstairs and he couldve asked me if I can move at the working area instead of pushing me to order food again (I ate late for breakfast and he was the person that served me as well) I get the panic considering that their were customers not yet seated but tone to me is quite essential to a person’s approach, over all everything went well for me.

I booked this one since we had a scheduled power outage and have to do work from home. And I was beyond pleased with the services and facilities. I also love the location as it's very accessible. Love the breakfast 💕 The internet was fast and so I was able to be in BAU. The shower is also great 💕💕

The bidet though is too strong. like fr. Also would be nice if there's an intercom to the reception.

Simple but it has all I need as a traveller. Restaurant/cafe is 24/7. Good food.

Water dispenser should always be available. Though I understand it was El Nino when I travelled and water supply may have been scarce.

I like the location, it's very convenient and easy to find.

The lift was not was not working when the time of checkout. We had to wait for long. Good thing was, the staff helped us with our luggages to go down. We were in the 3rd floor and we had suitcases. Thanks to the staffs.

The family room is quite smaller compared to the 3person room we stayed before. Table was a lil longer and comfort room was bigger. Nevertheless the room we stayed in is comfortable
