I’m a bit hesitant at first to book our stay for 9 days at Richmonde Hotel because of some negative reviews posted. However, we still believe that it’s the best place for us to stay as it is accessible to a lot of amenities. Well I can say, that they offered the best service for us during our stay. From assisting us with our luggages, cleaning the room and making sure we always have someone to help us- it made our stay as a family comfortable. Shoutout to Daniela who would always assists us whenever we dine for breakfast. Our daughter and infant found a friend in her. We’re definitely satisfied and we’ll continue to book with them in the future.

Absolutely Fantastic so many choices and excellent dishes also staff fantastic always no trouble getting you.your favourite beverages such as black tea with milk and also delicious coffee always on the ball do not let you wait for long periods for refills Staff and breakfast management excellent

Think the rooms where a bit sparse with all the ingredients you need especially toiletries such as soap toothpaste tooth glass (only one between two)toothbrushes etc Other than that the room.was extremely comfortable but a little more effort is needed

The Opening Hours could be extended to 11pm Monday to Friday just like weekend Opening Times instead of Closing at 10 am .Would give residents more time to enjoy their breakfast.and not rush around to beat the 10 am closing time.

The lady room cleaner was exceptionally kind on the 5th floor room 526 when I had an incident in the bathroom. . Dining staff very polite.

I have stayed every year at Richmonde coming from Ireland for many years. Always look forward to having hot oatmeal which is called porridge in Ireland. I eat this every day. This year they stop making porridge for customers unless you specifically ask them to make it special for you. Disappointed.

Our whole experience was very pleasurable the room was amazing, the hotel was spotless and the staff were just out of this world. They were all a pleasure to be around. The facilities were also very good.

I'm really knit picking here... The only issue I experienced was the tiling in and around the pool seemed it needed some TLC. The only reason I mention it is that there were some sharp corners exposed and I wouldn't want anybody to injure themselves.

This was a curious stay as we went for a 2 night break and I ended up spending night 2 in hospital awaiting a hernia operation, having to extend our stay while I recuperated. The hotel staff were so helpful in organising take outs from breakfast for me in hospital and my wife said looked genuinely concerned. I was greeted like a war hero on my return. The buffet breakfast is superb, lots of choice (also for westerners which is not always the case here in the Philippines), the bedroom was huge and a nice pool area with a bar. All the staff were fabulous, helpful and friendly.. really helped in every way possible on my return. Great location near the mall/restaurants over the road.

The only thing we can mention is something I also read in other reviews - that there is a slight damp like smell in the corridors. This is odd as the hotel is clearly superbly maintained and don't let it put you off.. it's not an issue in the bedrooms or other communal areas.

The staff was courteous and always friendly. the early check-in was also a great experience. Unfortunately, the pool could not be used due to bad weather, which of course was not the hotel's fault. The daily cleaning was always quick and reliable. The breakfast was also good and there were various offers such as tocino or Spanish chorizo. The check out was very quick and the friendly lady said goodbye to us and thank you for stay here, i hope you come back. We will definitely come back and we recommend it to others. The room service which we used once, we had to call 2-3 times

Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were good. Great location and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Nice views from the rooftop pool.

Pillows in the rooms were very soft, would have been nice to have firmer options. Room lighting could have been improved. We could hear Karaoke late at night from across the street.

I always chose Richmonde hotel iloilo coz it feels like am just home

I Missed those staff the last time I stayed January 2025! Only few still there , some new faces. Those staff maintained the goal of a great customer service . I have short stay only wished I can stay long but I have to go back to work 😰

This is a very nice hotel which locals say competes with the Courtyard Marriot as the best in the city. It is conveniently located next to the well-stocked Festive Walk shopping mall. The innovative, excellent modern art museum just across from the mall, ILOMOCA is highly recommended. Richmonde staff are accomodating and the rooms are large - ours also had a nice view of the Megaworld developments in this new part of Iloilo. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby as well. It is a quiet and safe area. The hotel is also just a bit more expensive in some of its nearby competitors but clearly a star better.

Although the hotel seemed relatively new, the closests and other some fixtures in the room already showed signs of age. A bit of paint and freshening up of the rooms would go far in helping in maintain the hotel's reputation as one of the best in the city. The breakfast room is very nice and the staff accomodating but the choices could be improved a bit (and please replace the plastic fruit decoration with real apples and oranges - I don't think I was the only one who has inadvertenly tried to pick out a piece of plastic fruit!).
