The staff was accommodating and attentive. We arrived almost midnight due to the late departure of our flight from Manila, but checking in was a breeze. The breakfast was great and the options were pretty good. The food at the restaurant is delicious and the bar is perfect for late-night drinking sessions with friends. The location is very good! There are a lot of restaurants, coffee shops and bars nearby. Wifi is very fast and the towels were changed daily even without asking.

There is a smell in our room's toilet on the 7th floor. Perhaps a sewage issue because the smell is also present in the common restrooms near the restaurant.

Our stay at Seda Hotel is great. The ambiance is good, the place is clean and the staff are so approachable with our needs. If ever you come by to Iloilo, I could recommend to stay at Seda Hotel. It is a place where you can relax and at the same time enjoy what Iloilo can offer. I may not compare my experience to other people, since we have different perspectives, but for me I loved the time I spent at Seda Hotel, till next time Seda Hotel!

There is nothing I could disagree with. The place is great!

The culture of customer obsession, particularly Ms. ANNE - receptionist. Coordinating with her immediate supervisor plus her wit, allowed us to be checked in early at no additional cost. She is a talent and she knows the customer's needs. Kudos as well to the house keeping team, the bell men, the breakfast team. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet for 3 days. 5 stars to Seda Atria.

First impression from the obsession of receptionist Anne to serve us ,melted all doubts, thus, there was nothing to like.

We arrived from the airport and they allowed us for an early check in. My husband and I were really exhausted from the trip, thankfully the staff were really nice and helpful. Hustle free check in. Thats why we booked again for 2 rooms for friends and family at a different date (Sept 13 and 14 for my birthday celebration). Very Satisfied with the service. We also stayed at SEDA BGC before thats why I also prefer to stay at SEDA Iloilo because of their overall great service.

Convenience because it is next to the Atria Ayala Mall where there are cafes, restaurants, pharmacy and other services. Room is clean and beddings are fresh. The gym has minimum equipment including treadmill and some weights. Breakfast serves local Ilonggo-Filipino dishes and rice cakes not easily found in other restaurants. The area is relatively quiet but close to the business area of Iloilo. Very good business hotel.

The rooftop cafe, restaurant and bar is good, but just too pricey. It is more practical to go to the mall nearby.

Breakfast was great but wish there were more vegan/ vegetarian options.

I was happy with our room except for I had to call the house keeping to fill our shower gel bottle cuz it was empty and to bring a roll of bathroom tissue cuz we ran out. These essentials should have been checked by housekeeping when they came to clean.

It feels like home since the staff are welcoming, accommodating and helpful. The breakfast buffet is good, too! The location is strategic since it is near to areas of basic necessity such as restaurants, drug store, coffeeshops and more.

The bathroom and comfort room I think needs a little face-lift to ensure water from the bath area do not overflow to the toilet area.

The staff were all courteous and friendly. They would greet you everytime. The room was clean and comfortable. Location is highly accessible.

Some of the furniture and amenities (e.g., faucet, cabinet, lamps) were showing signs of aging. The waffle during breakfast used to be super fluffy (now it isn't).

Declicious breakfast buffet. The is a wide food selection in breakfast buffet and there is variety as they change the food options everyday. I like the rooftop bar resto too! Great selection of alcoholic drinks, they have good cocktails!

The gym is located at the ground floor (past the lobby) which is not typical to hotels.
