It was a good place to stay and the breakfast was delicious. There is 7/11 and has a good view at the Horizon cafe

There was no designated smoking area.

The location is good since it is in front of SM. Breakfast has quite a lot of selection, and the staff is all nice and accommodating. They also let us check in early, which I really appreciated.

The only thing I didn't like was the aircon in our room. The water flows inside, which is why the floor gets a little messy. Although we weren't transferred to another room as we requested, the staff attended to us immediately to fix the problem.

I love this location as it is easily accessible to the mall, city, and airport. A lot of transportation is available, such as taxis. In the morning, I love walking to the Esplanade, joining some exercise groups, and taking a long stroll while sipping fresh coconut drinks. The breakfast was convenient and hearty, but I did not go to have breakfast every morning. It has a good variety. Seven-Eleven on the ground floor is also a bonus for anything you might have forgotten or just a quick snack to grab.

The street noise at night is too loud, but you can't hear it once you close your window.

Housekeeper talking too loud in the morning. We checked in quite late straight from the airport. Understandably we were jet lagged the next morning, i placed the DND sign outside our door, the night before. But the next morning, considering we had the DND sign, whoever was assigned to housekeep that day did not respect the sign. We were awoken by one particular loud voice talking amongst the housekeeping team. It would be nice for housekeepers to know and respect that DND sign are put out outside hotel room doors for a reason. Thank you

The accommodating staff. location was perfect, just a stone throw away from SM. The housekeeping (A+) were very efficient, and cleans the rooms daily, linens changed as well. bed comfortable. water from shower does not leak into the main toilet. reasonable for its price.

minor concerns: The hotel shows its age with facilities (air-con quite loud, dirty outside windows, our shower head keeps leaking and there was a water pressure issue when we stayed) but the hotel staff communicated and assisted us with a working shower. parking limited, with a very narrow driveway up to parking. But the guys assists you all the time. gym and pool so-so.

Cleanliness, comfortable bed and great service! Our room was cleaned daily and we were provided with bottled water and fresh towels. Great touch since it was scorching outside. Our room had a safe which we didn’t use but we left electronics out and everything was intact. Respectful and honest staff who took extra care of my elderly parents. We were right across SM City where meals, shopping, spas are convenient. Taxis were parked by the side of the hotel. We went to Boracay and left our heavy luggage with them since we were coming back. That service was really valuable! We had the option to have breakfast included in our stay. Since we left early for Boracay, they packed our breakfast for us the night before. We had a fridge to keep it and a microwave to warm food up before we left.

I liked everything really. They didn’t have to supply us with toiletries every day so we had an unused pile. Would suggest to just supply when asked so it will be eco-friendly.

The staff was very friendly, very accommodating, and very attentive. The room was always kept very clean and the amenities were renewed every day :)

The location is very convenient as it is right in front of SM but to get there you need to climb a lot of stairs, but there's nothing you can do about that. Also, it would be nice if they have a communal water station instead of just two small water bottles everyday.

Lovely staff and tidy rooms, the beds were comfortable. All facilities were good. Well placed nearby the mall for good convenience. Easily reached by Grab to and from Iloilo Airport. Everything was good overall, but not quite at the calibre required for a definite 10.

There was a Gecko Lizard hiding behind my raised toilet seat. I didn't really care and thought it was funny. But someone else might have been frightened.

The entire staff was excellent, friendly and very professional from the outside security, front desk and lobby staff to housekeeping and maintenance. All welcomed us as a valued customers.

The room could stand to be updated, bathroom mirror in particular. There were no sheets on the beds only a torn comforter on one of them. We checked in with 3 people but there were only 2 bath towels and no washcloths or hand towels. The staff did bring us more bath towels quickly.

I normally never write a semi negative review but feel I should for the benefit of future travelers. Noisy AC unit, lukewarm hot water, torn bedsheet, elevators under maintenance forcing a 12 floor stairwalk (thankfully it was down and not up) I've stayed here a few times and each time it seems the facility deteriorates (but the staff continues to be great) Hopefully they will give the hotel a once-over soon to bring it back to its former glory)
