My family and I stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights. I booked a total.of 6 rooms as I wanted to meet my friends and partner's family who live here in Iloilo. I give Marriott Courtyard an 8 due to the quality of service that its staff can offer. I never have met any staff as friendly, accommodating, and considerate in any hotels in the Philippines even in the UAE except here at Marriott Iloilo. This what makes this hotel great.

However, the hotel needs some paint job as it starts to look tired. In addition, the pool along with its bar and the like need some make over/remodelling to make them more aesthetically pleasing, classy and chic. Even the size of the pool is small considering the number of guests that the hotel can accommodate. I feel that you don't totally get your money's worth considering the facilities they have.

I was hoping for a very early check in since i arrived at 8am, but it is fine with me if there is no available room yet, however, they should make sure complimentary water and water glasses are available, nobody is manning that area to make sure it is refilled..i hope for little snacks, candies while waiting for check in...ATM was not working, it was a weekend with lot of Doctor guests attending the convention, they could have anticipated it...only local newspaper is available, i hope national newspaper will be available also....Overall experience is great but needs improvement on some area..thank you

Thank you very much for the warm welcome at FO. Ilongga charm at its best. Also, good service at the buffet resto and cafe…friendly and efficient. Security around the hotel made us feel just that: secured. Two thumbs up! Housekeeping equally attended to/ accommodated our requests. They were smiling all the time and making their very difficult job seem like “just a breeze.” Kudos!

Quality of food at the resto and cafe still leaves much room for improvement. Ilonggo cuisine sets a high standard sadly missing at Courtyard at present. Lots of luck (and sweat) in this endeavor!

Very clean rooms and comfortable big beds. Bathroom was big and very well stock with toiletries. Had iron board and iron which was useful.

There is a window from the bathroom to where the bed is, even though there are blinds...it's still leaves barely there privacy as blinds didn't fully close. Good thing I shared a room with my sister. Arrived on the night of a big festival and being on the city view side...noise was crazy. Luckily it was just one night but can hear road side traffic when it's busy.

The staff was exceptional. They booked cars for us, had a laundry service that was extremely reasonable, they booked massages for us, room service was great and get the free breakfast with your room, the breakfast buffet beats the miniscule US buffets. The fresh fruits are to die for.

Convenient, comfortable and beautiful and helpul staff. Food were great. Staff were excellent, everyone from Concierge, restaurant staff, front desk Arlyn, Nyl, Zylette, Cleofe, John, Kent, Silas, Mark, Christian, Reywell. People cleaning the rooms, doormen, so many I can't recall everyone’s name were all nice and accommodating. Kudos and keep up the great work.

Accessibility, clean

It was very accessinle to mostly everything, comfortable but mostly, the people ( workers) were all wonderful.

Some issues with the property, so much loud noise outside the building that affected my rest especially at past 10 pm till the wee hours.

Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Most of the dishes were cold. No local delicacies where Iloilo is famous for. Items like puto manapla, bibingka, baye baye and local mangoes. It was very disappointing so we brought our own.

Everything. Staff are very accommodating and cheerful. Such a pleasure staying here. Commending the staff who assisted me during the whole stay. I can't remember all your names (from reception, housekeeping, f&b teams) but you all are the best!

Sometimes the pool was crowded and noisy; we had an issue with tiles that fell off in the bathroom but it was dealt with professionally
