The property has a great location - close to the mall and food places. The rooms itself were clean and service was great!

Our concern is the bathroom. It smells like sewage at times we believe it may be the water. We also noticed a brown stain appears in our toilet as the day progressed and the toilet seat is smaller than the toilet itself so the bottom part where the seat rests shows and it’s uncomfortable to sit on. Our room was also facing the bar so it was a bit noisy on weekends but it was tolerable since our room was up high

I love the breakfast, different selection everyday. I also love it being so close to SM mall

It was a positive experience for me although my request for the two rooms to be close together wasnt met atleast they put us on the same floor. It was unfortunate that we cannot check in early though.

The staff are very attentive to the guests' needs

The hotel is located very close to a busy street, and there will be times when you can hear car horns, but the noise is very tolerable. They tend to have a lot of guests, so be ready to wait for a couple of minutes during the morning breakfast buffet.

Breakfast was great. Problem wass due to the influx of breakfast guest food was not up to standard as it run out and just got a few of the items on menu.

guest could have been asked the number of accompanying guest for breakfast as overcrowding could ruin the hotels reputation of the regular guest.

The breakfast is adequate but staff need to replenish cups / plates / hot water quicker

The pool bar area was not well staffed during quieter times to the point that I left the pool bar after waiting over 20 mins for someone to return so I could pay my bill.

It was very clean and the lication is very goid

The showers need work and they definately have to improve on the breakfast bacon. It was overdone every day for the whole 2 weeks. It was so greasy and hard and ineadible. The rest of the food was amazing

The staff were terrific. The local was great and the room was fantastic, with a great bathroom.

The only thing I was disappointed with was the cutlery. In such a quality hotel, I thought the cutlery was like 2 star, not 5 star. But it was only a small negative, as the breakfast was sensational, with plenty of variety.

Nice accommodation, great choice of food. Perfect located 1 minute walking from the SM mall, 5 minute taxi from MO2 bar, a great place to spend a night out. Specially on weekends when there's a nice live band.

- food is delicious at the hotel restaurant - i like that the buffet breakfast has a lot of options, and breakfast time is until 11 am - location is very accessible and just near SM city Iloilo and other restaurants and transportation terminals - staff is helpful and polite (though i noticed they’re a bit understaffed when we were there probably due to holiday season) - not really an issue for me but front desk informed us that that our room is beside an area where restaurants and bars, so at night it tends to be noisy due to performing bands (if you're particular with quiet room area before midnight, good to request a room far from this side)

- basic in-room amenities - pipe in bathroom faucet was leaking in our room, but to be fair, staff tried to fix it - limited common facilities at the hotel

Good location close to Mall and a refreshing 10 minute walk to Smallville. Our room was comfortable and clean, staff were friendly and breakfast was different every day.

Pool bar was quite small and closed at 11:30, not 12 as advertised.
