The breakfast buffet was okay. For the two intermittent weeks that we stayed, the menu was the same that it was so predictable. Vegetable dishes can use some improvement. A big shout-out to Romar and Aisha, your dining room staff/OJT. They both went out of their way to help us. My husband was so impressed that they both remembered his breakfast requests ( his Tabasco sauce, good coffee, and chocolate ). :-) The Front Desk staff (Paul, Jimmy, Lucky) who helped us are commendable. They always have a welcoming smile and are approachable.

This may have been an isolated incident, but it took over an hour to get a response from housekeeping regarding our laundry pickup. Grateful for the Front Desk staff's follow-up.

The lovely, lovely receptionist Melka is a treasure. From the check-in to the check-out and every day in between she was brilliant. She is very professional, attentive, friendly, welcoming and helpful I can only highly praise her. My room was spacious, luxurious, comfortable & very clean with an excellent view of the city and onward to the sea. The buffet breakfast is nice and the evening restaurant meals were excellent. I enjoyed being next door to the MS Shopping Centre! But most of all I just loved how the hotel embraced the upcoming Dinagyang Festival with decorations, music and wearing t-shirts to promote the festival!

It was an excellent stay. The hotel is conveniently located next to the SM shopping mall (there is a connecting bridge) and therefore there are plenty of nearby amenities, shops, restaurants etc. Check-in was efficient and all of the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was really comfortable and a good size and had a work space (desk and office chair). Wi-Fi was fast and worked well. Breakfast was really good with a nice variety of different dishes and options. I really liked the refillable water carafes provided in rooms, and there is a water machine located on each level. Much better than disposable plastic.

Nothing - it was a great stay!

Everything was perfect. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Beds are mega comfortable. Amenities, more than we need. There is a kettle and coffee machine in each with free for use coffees and tea. Location is spot on, close to SM iloilo, and there are many restaurants nearby, as well as Starbucks just across the street. The best of everything is the staff, all of them speak English and they are very friendly and super helpful! Will definitely visit again when I am in iloilo. This is the place to be!

I know the entire world is trying to go green and be healthy and blah, blah, blah, but for me personally is a big minus and black dote the absence of smocking room/lounge! I don't smoke cigarettes, I only vape, but I needed to go out of the hotel and away from the entrance, all the way on the car park, so I can vape for a while. It's not nice when the outside is hot like a hell with 100% humidity or when it's raining (which are the 2 weather conditions in Philippines), so I will recommend to make one because they have the necessary place to do it!

Staff is very, very kind and friendly. Room size is perfect for the family.

We were travelling for over 24 hours, with 2 kids and expected to arrive almost midnight. I had informed the hotel about this when I booked. When we got there, we were too exhausted. The lady at the reception was well aware of it, but didn't even offer any assistance for us. I had to unload 4 luggages (over 30kgs each), a trolley, a pram, 4 backpacks off of the vehicle; wasn't even offered a trolley to put the stuff on... I had to grab one myself. She didn't even ask us if we needed some help; she was just busy on her computer saying she had reports to finish. So, since she couldn't be bothered, I had to call my brother-in-law to help us get the stuff to the room. It's the first time we've checked into a hotel where we have not been assisted with our luggage.

Our room was amazing, as was all the staff. Next time we'll request a room away from the pool area for a little more quiet but again, the stay was wonderful! The staff was very helpful, and friendly! Anytime something was needed, plates, servicing the room, ice, problem with the TV, all issues were resolved with a kind smile!!! We were on the third floor. Take the elevator to the second floor, exit the door, walk past the pool (only 4 feet deep, excellent for a relaxing soak) and there is a connecting footbridge that directs you into the SM Mall. Food, Movies, Shopping, getting your nails done, buying a car, or a condo! All the services are there. Did I mention the food options?

Our only two issues: the actual telephones are too fagile and the sound quality is very very poor. Secondly, and this is a personal issue for me.. there was absolutely nothing I could do to keep the water from the shower... IN THE SHOWER. This has been at all hotels so far in Manila and Iloilo. It's normal for some shower designs not to have a door (that's just dumb in my opinion) but for a hotel where the shower does have a door, it NEVER closed securely. The floor and mats are soaked after each and every shower.

The selection of food for the breakfast buffet has improved. The staffs were alert to give you coffee and water after being seated. The location to the mall was really convenient. The toiletries and slippers were excellent. The room was spacious. I like that the hotel provided glass containers (instead of bottled waters) inside the room with a water refilling station located near the elevator.

There were only two pillows on the bed for the suite room. We could have requested for additional pillows but opted not to since the bed was soft and comfy enough. The temperature inside the room kept fluctuating despite adjusting the AC thermostat.

Hospitable staff, room was comfortable and lighting in my room was better than the previous rooms I have stayed in other Radisson branches. I like that they promote less use of plastics, so they provide a clean water flask (with cover) inside the room that the guest can refill at the water dispenser in the lobby. Close to a centralized PUV terminal and also a mall. Gym was accessible although with limited facilites. Breakfast was good, with decent selection food.

Smell in the room was a bit musty, like an old A/C spewing dust that sort of thing.

Bathroom trash can - unhygenically inefficient; gets stucked almost every time because of the plastic liner; a simplier one would suffice. Towels- you can tell by it's grayish color that it has seen better days Clogged sink at room 516, but was transferred the next day to another room. A drying clothesline in the bathroom would be nice for the wet swimwear to dry.

The location was excellent - SM was easily walkable, and the hotel was an easy pickup spot for taxis or hire cars. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Great buffet breakfast, and the water stations on each floor were a thoughtful, welcome touch.

The rooms were clean and well appointed, but small. The Internet was good, but required some assistance to get it working as intended.
