Our stay at Hotel Del Rio was truly delightful! The Hotel staff, from the receptionists to the bellmen, and even the restaurant’s staff and security personnel, were incredibly accommodating and helpful. The room we stayed in was spacious, offering a comfortable bed that provided a restful night's sleep. The breakfast buffet provided a variety of delicious options, and I particularly enjoyed their hot chocolate drink. Overall, the experience was unforgettable for both my parents and me.

The rooms are bigger than most hotels. Although they look a bit outdated, room is clean and neat. The breakfast buffet is ok with a little of everything I wanted , I loved the hot tableya chocolate drink. The desserts were yummy. The staff were accommodating and nice. Overall it's a clean hotel and I had a great stay.

The elevator , it's a bit small otherwise ok.

Everything is good Would be 10/10 however

On our last day, while taking a bath, water suddenly stopped for about 10 mins, contacted concierge and was corrected after 5 more minutes.

The location. It's walkable to the Esplanade and within the city proper

Light fixture in the cr gave up Signal inside is not that good, you need to connect to a wifi

Staff and the ambiance

During wee hours, a lot of banging doors and conversation can be heard. Which disturb our resting time.

We will stay again 😀 this is the 5th time we stayed in this hotel and highly recommend it to all.
