Spacious room with sofa, dining table, small kitchen and washing machine, reliable WiFi and Netflix. Excellent location. 20 mn drive from the airport. Lively area yet calm at night. Many restaurants, grocery shops around. Nice infinity pool (limited to 2 hours a day, request to be made at the reception every time). Nice private beach with restaurants, long chairs...(shared with the Savoy hotel, 15 mn walk from the hotel).

The shower head & hose need to be replaced. There is no sponge in the kitchen, only dish soap. The process to get access to the beach is a bit complicated (1- request at one lobby, 2- pass from another lobby, 3-wristband from Savoy hotel)

Spacious and Perfect for Family Time The condo is incredibly spacious from the reception to the hallway and bedrooms. It’s ideal for families who want to spend quality time together. I honestly wish I had booked more nights instead of moving to a hotel. I’ll definitely be back and will be recommending it to family and friends.

One downside the shower rooms in both units had water splashing everywhere, even with the shower curtains in place. It made the bathrooms a bit messy after use.

The place is clean. Comfortable bed. Quite. It has a kitchen. Strong wi-fi. The hotel is located close to Robinson supermarket, Watson Pharmacy, Starbucks, McDonalds, 711 and few restaurants in the area. It is also located few walking distance away to the Lapu-Lapu shrine. The room has a sea view. AC is in good working condition and quite. Overall it was a good stay.

Kitchen needs all the basic essentials, like dish towels, dish tray to dried up the dishes, large bowl at least and a small pot. Hotel should also provide dish soap and sponge, extra garbage bag, extra toilet rolls. The bathroom can use a makeover. The sealant around the tub looks moldy and the water heater is leaking. Bathroom needs more lights. The hotel hallway can use a little bit of lights and some fan to help blow the warm air out. Balcony was dirty. Found some cigarette butts in a small cup. Lastly, there's a washing machine/dryer combo but we couldn't use it because we have to pay 200 pesos per usage..Disappointed ☹

Air con was great and quiet. The bed although only a double was very comfortable. Nice add on having access to the man made beach though sadly we didn't have time to enjoy it properly.

Would have been good to know the swimming pool was being maintained as that was a key reason we had booked. Though we could only stay one night so that factored in. Shower had quite a bit of mould which could be easily fixed.

Access to shops and supermarket, room was clean and feels like home

The pool is not so accessible, no free breakfast for the price point and uses traditional key instead of keycard

Comfortable stay with kids. Tv has options for shows. Room got cleaned every day. Nice fridge to keepp food and drink cold.

Light in toilets can be brighter to assist applying make up. Why can pool only be used 2 hoours an dau.

We love the MNT beach and its free.

Internet in both rooms were not good. Our mobile is also hard to get inside the whole building. Check-in was very long process.

Location was fantastic and not that far from the Airport. Great local self-guided walks. Great cafes and restaurants surrounding the location.

The air conditioning in the main hotel lobby and the lifts were non-existent. More cooking facilities like toaster, more cooking utensils, pots and pans, steamers.

The suite itself was nice . No complaints 👌

A lot of midges and mosquitos in the room which made it hard to sleep . Also the TV didn't work .
