Very slow to no internet. No Netflix. No cable tv as well.

I like the vibes of the arts. A light for reading book in the night. The staff are nice, the outside is clean and inside expact the blacket and the pillow.

To be honest, the bed is so comfortable, but I don’t like the smells of the blanket and sleeping pillow cover. I could smell the sweat and semen of the person who first used it before my sister and I. Even my sister she smells it too. No choice so we used it kesa naman mag charged kami “no way”. So we just put a shower towel to cover the pillow, but we have no choice in blacket because it's cold. The blanket was not replaced and pillow covers bedding so disappointed experience, also have only one channel. It’s near in the road so it’s not relaxing about the noise of the motor bikes, jeepney etc. the noise can still be heard inside. And one more thing, the globe and smart signal is weak. No free wifi pala yung na booked kung room. I also studied the hospitality industry so sorry if I was just honest with the reviews and what I experince.

1. Upon arrival at the hotel, I was informed that the room assigned to me is different from the one I had booked through booking.com platform. The hotel staff advised me to contact Booking.com to rectify this issue, although I believe that resolving room assignment discrepancies falls under the hotel's responsibility. Poor customer service. 2. No double lock 3. Noisy surroundings 4. No slippers 5. Dirty hotel towel

Some of their pillowcase are old and butas butas. Tapos yung towels nila is faded na parang ang tagal na di pa pinapalitan.
