Loved the staff welcoming, They speak multiple languages so it is easier to communicate, it a nice clean and well maintained hotel. Except the wifi is bad. But overall loved the stay and will definitely be my go to hotel.
Nothing not to like at all...everything exceptional and professional. Not enough stars to rate it.

No breakfast provided which is expected considering the price that we paid for the stay. Location is great, its at the heart of city of Masbate, near at the Church and other food chains like Mcdonald's and Jollibee. Good place if you're in a tight budget and just looking for a place to stay the night.
Cleanliness can be improved. and the scent also. We spotted a roach in one of the rooms. My sister's room didn't smell good. The water in my room was not working at first and had to ask assistance. Lastly, the WiFi is not that reliable.

They don't have heater in the shower.

It is near the town proper and port
The amenities. On the advertisement it is aircon room. But when we got there its only a fan room. Also the room stinks. It smells urine, they told us that it is oftenly happening, so we were moved to another. But on our last day the electricity got cut off. So we check out 6am instead of 12nn. Got a severe cold after.

Hotel overall dirty broken fittings..poor repairs NO hot water for shower ..ants everywhere ..cleaning & linen only done when pointed out to staff then very poorly cleaned ...not recommended for long stay ..after 1 week moved to different hotel at own cost ..very very poor condition

They don't have a slipper nor the shampoo or soap. And the bed so must dust, aside from that they gave us the room, end of the the hall way, its creepy. we don't like the beddings its look like were in the Hospital.
