Clean and spacious rooms with breathtaking views.

Elevated place not advisable for old people as they only have stairs with no lifts although their staff are willing to help to carry the baggages. Food was great but small portions only but a bit pricey. The hot water on the shower was unpredictable as it gets too hot then too cold.

Very close to the beach which was a quiet beach Swimming pool was good Views were awesome Our room had both an ocean and mountain view Staff were very amiable

The sink had a leak and the bathroom had a sewer smell (1D room) The room was not that clean, a bit dusty

The staff were super friendly and helped us with everything we needed including extending our stay for another few hours and also extending our rent for the motorbike which was super helpful. The also helped where the best place and where they recommend us to eat. The location is up a hill but it was okay for us as the it was in a quiet place with the best view but not only that the white beach was nearby and also a resturant called luna with italian food which was really nice. There was also a beach right infront of the hotel across the road and into the trees which was more peaceful than the white beach so at this location you really had best of both worlds.

Top View from Garden & Pool as well as from the room - very tasty food home made, we had lunch & dinner and we tried different delicacies, a big thank to the chef. Staff is very friendly and at guest's disposal. Valentine's special menu & surprise organised from the Av Suite Staff, simply the best. Room was very pretty, lots of space, little garden to chill and drink coffee( kettle, coffee & tea with fridge) slippers & toothpaste & toothbrush available with shampoo & shower gel. Shower was very spacious. Bed and pillows very comfortable too. AC is working very well and cooling the room very fast. Parking space for car & motorcycle. Amazing infinity pool with view.

The view is so nice that it is claiming to the soul when we were in the pool area even from our room was a nice view of the mountainside. The staff was nice and accommodating but the rooms is really nice clean and the bed has a very nice comforter blanket so nice with the aircon on when we was sleeping 🤗😊

The only thing that I didn't like was our room was a little bit noisy because it was beside the reception and common area , and the possibility of people might be able to hear us as we can hear them . The driveway up is a hard walk up lol and going down with a motorcycle is even more challenging lol but after the first time down, it is much easier but it is a nice place to stay for sure 100 %

The views were fantastic. Big rooms, comfy bed and a good shower. The food was very good but the portions were on the small side for us. Price for food and drinks are good

The only downside was that we hot no help with our luggage. It was pouring with rain when we arrived and one member off staff was in the wrong place at the wrong time and carried one case. I carried 2x 20kg cases and our friends also carried theirs. No help at all on leaving. We did a relay with our cases. Considering the number of steps to negotiate it was a poor show. 3 of us are 60+ luckily we are fit

We loved that the rooms were spacious and generally clean. The view from the top of the hill was fantastic, overlooking the entire bay. The hotel is generally quiet away from the crowds. Comfortable beds. Lots of towels and storage spaces.

We struggled going up the many steps towards the top of the hill where the hotel was. The pool wasn't as clean. The room we stayed in was directly below the balcony restaurant so we would hear the sounds coming from the staff moving the furniture while cleaning. Breakfast had small servings. Credit card transactions had 3% charge. The Aircon in our room wasn't strong nor desirably cold. There wasn't any soap and shampoo provided as well.

Fantastic Location. I absolutely adore this place; it offers a serene and tranquil atmosphere where you can truly savor a peaceful setting and enjoy stunning sea views while dining, swimming in the pool, sipping drinks at the bar, or simply relaxing. While it may be a bit distant from the main attractions, you won’t notice it, as they take care of everything for you—from arranging transportation to any local spot to effortlessly booking tours. The food was delightful, though the selection is somewhat limited, it was more than sufficient for my taste and incredibly flavorful. However, what stood out the most during my stay was the staff; they were consistently respectful and attentive. My vacation was completely stress-free thanks to their exceptional service. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends, and without a doubt, if I return to the beautiful island of Mindoro, I will choose to stay at this hotel again.

Relatively new, modern hotel with tastefully decorated rooms cozy beds with good mattresses, refrigerator, quiet air conditioning, television, enough sockets. The upper 2 floors have a private balcony with large windows and sturdy fly screens. Great location on the mountain with sea views. A bit remote so you need a tricycle to get to the next town, but it's a quiet location. Nice place if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle Often very windy to stormy due to the exposed location on the mountain The rooms on the restaurant level are a little noisier, depending on the guests. 2 small, pleasantly cool small pools that are cleaned regularly. WiFi in the hotel is completely ok, you get a voucher that is valid for 10 days, upload and download speed of 5120 Kbps is completely sufficient and unlimited. Room cleaning is - as indicated by an information in the room - available on request, also daily. Staff very friendly, attentive and helpful, Unfortunately, sometimes it was "confused" - there was always incorrect information from one person, the rest was very quick and clever. At the beginning we wanted to change the room because it didn't match our booking. After consulting with the manager, we got an upgrade, which was very unproblematic and quickly resolved by the hotel. We were able to enjoy our stay very much, many thanks to the team and management We can fully recommend the hotel.

Water in the shower fluctuated uncontrollably between extremely hot and cold (in the family room and the suite, in the deluxe room it was ok...we stayed in all 3 room classes) Distant location to city center, you have to take a tricycle every time

I thoroughly enjoyed my recent stay. The lower deck room offered a unique and private experience, with a partial sea view that was particularly breathtaking during sunset. The comfortable bed, air conditioning, and private entrance enhanced the overall comfort and privacy of the room. The lower deck, along with the other two rooms, is ideal for large groups, accommodating up to 10-12 people. It's a perfect choice for family reunions, friend gatherings, or corporate retreats. I would choose this room again on my next visit.
