Place was strategically situated at the heart of white sand beach and very near to all restaurants and fast foods. The staff are very friendly, helpful and accomodating, they even let us checked-in early. The receptionist, Zy and Shiela is willing to help with a smile. Beds are very comfortable and rooms/toilets are clean. Breakfast was very good, my family enjoyed every bit of it. The restaurant near the hotel is very good, we tried to eat somewhere else but always ends up eating at the restaurant near the hotel, as its very cheap and tasty.

The down side of it all, was the water supply. If everyone is using it at the same time, the water in the toilet is too low. They said something in the pump is broken and has not been fixed. Water is essential, it should be fixed straight right away, especially when their are plenty of guests.

Heated shower is very weak and can barely be used to wash so we used the bucket to shower instead.

Close to the beach, staff are very friendly and helpful. Bed was nice and big and comfortable. There's a balcony area to sit and watch the beautiful sunset.

Hot water in the shower was very hit and miss. Wait 3 minutes, get how waste for 1 minute, wait another 2 minutes.. i was advised that housekeeping is only done when you're in your room. I don't want someone in my room when I'm there, do it when I'm out. Room was very small, bed is almost wall to wall and very hard to get around.

Friendly staff and location

Paid for a room for 3 adults and we were not informed that free breakfast is only for 2 people until check-out so I had to pay for the breakfast of the 3rd person. They could’ve informed us upon check-in, but it doesn’t make sense because I paid for a room for 3 adults.

water pressure in our room is close to non existent. kept on following up with front desk about this. we stayed 3d2n but during our stay the water pressure is not good.

The price is not worth it. The place was dirty. Specially the shower room. The staff in the buffet was not friendly. We ate at 8am . They did not refill the food.

Dirty, no toilet paper, no soap. Noisy and the food abysmal.
